There's Fukuyama from Girls Bravo, but he's needed because he's the villian of the show.

Also, Miroku from Inuyasha, and Happosai of Ranma1/2.

There are some guys from Tenjho Tenge like Bunshichi and that flame guy who gets beaten up several times but still lives on, and, oddly, girls on the show like him? Actually, that's like Fukuyama, a majority of the girls in the school like him although the main characters don't.

There's also that guy on Chobits that hires Chii for his peep show bar or whatever.

Jiraiya-sama from Naruto of course and the guy trio from Green Green!
