Would someone help me to creat movie icon that I see little picture in some of display of picture. Example : Gundam seed picture. Please! Thank you.

Do you mean an image for a background with a smaller image in the corner? I've made icons like that. All you need to do is get the frames you want to use for the animation, make the stills in a graphics editor and then put them together in an animated gif program. I always use JASC Animation shop, but you might find something that works better for you.
