just thought i'd bring this up... doesn't the protagonist in the Final Fantasy XIII trailer look like Cloud?

If I remember correctly, Cloud and Aeris were based off the main character of XIII back when XIII was still going to come out on PS2.

I thought that at first too, but more like the Cloud from FF:AC. They don't look like twins, but the sytle is definately similar.

Cloud from FFAC is kind of what i meant, you really can't draw similarities between the original cloud from ffvii and the new character in ffxiii... the original cloud looked like goku with larger eyes and in a purple outfit

they don't actually look alike in any ways. but both sure seem like that competitive type of fighters in both games. i'd love to see those two in a real fight.

Afraid I don't see the resemblence, but she looks amazing. Goes LAra Croft in the first segment in the train, then kicks ass Squall style with a wicked gunblade!

yup! I've read that the awsome thing about ther gunblade is that it forlds and transforms to another weapon... and Im a bit curious about her freezing time ability on the game...

Is FFXIII a single character RPG game? Bec. I havent seen any pictures of any one except miss pretty orange-strawberry hair girl. Unlike the FF traditions it comes with a party... ain't I right? If FFXIII's a single character game... I wonder how's the story going to be...

I like FFX agito XIII... but sadly it's a mobile game... too bad... also FF versus XIII and FFXIII Fabula Nova Crystallist... also a mobile game like FFVII last order, i think. (am I right with the title?)

Yep. I think she looks like Cloud combined with Beatrix (FFIX), which bothers me a little. I like Beatrix, but Cloud... ehh, not so much. I realise there's only so many "unique" character types they can do before it just gets ridiculous, but I don't really like the idea that they're purposely recycling designs.
