i'm not too sure if i fully believe in destiny. are you the one making your own
decisions and deciding the outcome of your life or is your path already
determined? i wanna know what some of you people think...
if u believe in god. yes in some sort of way i think there is destiny. becuz i
think.... that maybe when we're in heaven for a long amount of time we'll be
recarnated. and that's y god knows us so well. becuz we make the same mistakes
we did in our past life. and he knows how we'll act. which answer the thingie
"god looks over u" and " god knows everything". so if that
happens when a event happens in ur life then god might have a prediction on what
u do. but it's ur choice. what u do is ur decision. but if something unexpected
happened that made u die. u wouldnt go to either heaven or hell becuz u never
made u final decision that will choose ur outcome in life which makes u a ghost.
so yeah i sort of believe in fate and destiny but it's not the way u
think...
if u dont believe in god. then no. there's no such thing as destiny. becuz life
will go the way it does and u can't help or change it. and when someting happens
it's ur own choice in what u do. and ur choice will have it's own outcome. not
by some stupid saying of destiny. u and only u control ur life. no one else.
some may guide and help u but it's ur choice when it comes to things

Though you can control your personal decisions, there are many things that are
beyond your control that still affect you. You can call this thing fate or
destiny. Examples of such powerful forces could be nature, economics, or even
the decisions of other people.
In my oponion if you believe your path is set then most likely, it is. however
if you believe your descisions influence the future then that is most likely the
case. it's all about your mindset

decions/concequences u make/have is just fate.
I believe that God knows the future, and has knowledge of what will happen in
the future, and how such happenings will affect the future. However, beyond the
fact that we are inevitbly going to participate in the future, which will be the
future in any circumstance, I don't know if I believe anything else pertaining
to destiny.
...However, if God knows the future, and knows how things today will affect the
future, and inherently you, do you still have free will?

Well this has sat untouched for one full day. I will say; you do have free will,
despite the fact I mentioned above. But,
this is not "the rest of the story."

like no matter how much we struggle in this life, that so called fate have

I mean, things are predictable with a certain amount of knowledge, but if a
being that knew what I would do in five minutes told me ahead of time I could do
something else instead because I would have changed with the knowledge I was
given, i.e. I wouldn't be exactly the same as I would have been if I wasn't
informed of what I would do. This being would be able to know what I would do as
a result of informing me, but it couldn't inform me of what I would do without
changing what I would end up doing as a result in most cases.
There is no destiny...our life courses are put before us by the choices we
make...there is no divine will (at all) influencing anything....we all make our
own futures, so only we are to blame for fortune or destruction

like they have some kind of special purpose in this world. The only purpose you
have is the one you make yourself. No book, person, or god can tell you the
meaning of your life.

answer your question, yes, I believe destiny and fate does exist, yet they are
seprate things......... Destiny is the road that is laid out before you. Fate is
the force that is moving you on that path. There are more than one path, but one
fate, and that fate will try to move you a certain path. Even if you manage to
diverge from the path and take a new one, that path will sometime, latter on,
intersect with the path that fate was trying to push you on........ when that
time comes, Fate will make it's move..........
