I think both. I love the Korean food that my mum makes, but then I get these cravings for western food... well, mainly sweets but yeah.

Try eating a lot of American food. It gets horrible but there are always more recipes that you haven't tried in that style of food. I like Asian food again because I get too much American food everyday. People's tastes differ so I doubt there is any definitive answer as to which food is the best.
