I think theyr'e both equal since it depends on the skill of the beholder. But if
I have to choose, a graphics tablet it is. It takes alot of getting used to, but
you have more control over it than the mouse.

for drawing, but I find that mice are better for coloring. (at least the little
pad on laptops are. xD That's what I use)

Actually, I always thought mice were steadier, while tablets were good because
of their pressure-sensitivity and hand-drawing. I still drop the stylus in favor
of my optical mouse sometimes.
At any rate, it takes time to get used to a tablet, so don't think it's a
miracle all-cure or anything. It's
not. It might shorten the time taken, but in the end it's your art skill that
counts.
Wacom is good. Don't get the... what's it called... Aiptek. I think that's the
name. It's cheaper, but my friend broke three of their styluses within the span
of a year and had to buy three new ones, which is kind of scary. So far I
haven't heard anything bad about the Wacom, but they ARE a bit more expensive
than other lesser known brands.
tablet is by far much better than a mouse. It's harder holding a mouse and it's
harder to control. We're not use 2 drawing/writing with a mouse. We're use to
holding a pen and pencil to draw/write. It's exactly like drawing with a
pen/pencil and the pressure stylus pen is awesome. Bside it's much faster and
you can sketch a rouch sketch quickly and add a new laywer so you can add more
detail onto your rough sketch
Quote by Croixi use both tablet and mouse
at sametime. since im left handed, i can draw with left hand (tablet) and my
right hand will be on the mouse, so when i need to change tool, i move the arrow
with the mouse, then go back to tablet once i have the tool
selected.
man i'd give my left arm to be ambidextrous =3 (be able to use both hands
equally proficiently).
my laser mouse runs nice and smooth, but for image editing i prefer tablet, ive got a A4 sized one.
I never used a tablet, but I want to so badly.
My mouse is loyal, however. xDD
Uhm i think tablet is better of course, but i've never use it just hear some friends say 'bout it. Wish i had one !*crying*

Tablets are practically a must have if you want to re-draw your line art and make it nice and crisp. I am dying for one. Literally. Goodluck!
