As far as strict looks and fanservice, definitely Mia/Meer. Characterwise they
both have a lot of development (though Lacus gets 2 seasons), but seeing Lacus
as a manipulator of nations gives her the edge in my book.
I think Lacus is better than Meer
(Meer is wear Lacus's face because her face is not like that)..I would say both
are great as long as they use their own face ha ha ha (that's my opinion
though..don't be angry both Lacus and Meer's fans okay?)

Lacus because she is a kind and loving person who will do anything she can to
end the war.
Mia is maybe a little too pushy and maybe the clothes she wears are.. VERY
slutty. But she does it for the good of plant. The good of Lacus Clyne, her idol
the one she loves most of all. She wears the outfit that the chairman makes her
wear, and don't forget she says what he wants too. All along she believes 'this
is the will of Lacus Clyne' and when *SPOILER*
She dies. she apologizes for miss understanding and thinking that Lacus was
singing for the zaft soldiers to fight, and not singing to end the war. She
thought that Athrun and Lacus were supposed to be married and so she pretended
to be in love with him. And Athrun... didn't
have the butt to tell her that they weren't. So it's half Athrun's fault and
half Mia's fault for that accident. Mia is a miss understood and complex
character.
However I will always love Lacus more just because she is the original.
Lacus Clyne by far is more sure of herself, has clearer goals, less mental
problems and has a splendid personality. Apt politician, superb speaker, caring,
nurturing, cute, powerful insurrectionist, great g.f. to Kira, the list goes on.
Great to watch her do her stuff.
Mia is a sympathetic character once you've seen episode 45 and get inside her
head, but nonetheless she's a sad case, unable to distinguish between her own
identity and that of Lacus due to her lack of resolve and mental strength. She
tries her best to do good, but is ultimatly unknowingly working for a much more
sinister purpose, never truly realising it until the end.
Lacus definitly, cause she fights to help all and is free thinking and...she's
just plain better than Meer in my opinion. Meer is just so ignorant and also I
don't like it that they wasted a whole episode on her when they could've had it
on something more important.

She's a much stronger individual than MEer with iron-clad resolve and
determination.
Meer was easily brainwashed into the role of Lacus Clyne by her infatuation with
the original's stardom. She was a fan living a dream, then the dream blurred her
lines between fantasy and reality. Identity and disguise.
Lacus Clyne is better than the copycat Meer CaMpBell. It really irritates me to
see someone copy another when they're afraid to be themselves. For Meer, Lacus
as a role model is fine but NO NEED to copy and be so proud of it. There's
nothing worse than Meer! Meer is annoying and a show-off! Can't stand her any
longer if I watch her sing again.

etc. Mia is a conceited, obnoxious, airheaded diva with identiy problems whose
only advantage over Lacus is her figure (which for all u know was enhanced by
surgery...). I"d go for Lacus any day.

Mia just a Dullindal's puppet. She do what Dullindal say, but never thinking
what is Dullindal's real intention and doesn't understand what will happened
because of her action. Her job in faking Lacus is really bad.... I mean, she
just has the same voice and face with Lacus, but she doesn't act like Lacus. I'm
confuse why everybody in PLANT can't see the different... The one i hate about
Mia, she threw herself to Atrhun , very very unLacuslike.
