MeruPuri (even though I hated it... my friend loved it), and W Juliet (both are
manga)... all the other ones I would have suggested have been already... I don't
read that much fluffy love manga... Hana-Kimi, though, definitely. There isn't
really all that much romance in Fruits Basket. Yet, anyway.
Shoujo-wise, I would reccomend first and foremost Angel Sanctuary. It's not
cutesy or fuzzy, but it's a good romance, coming from someone who doesn't like
typical overblown romances. However, for that series, you'd have to read the
manga.
I'd also reccomend the Gravitation manga. It's a romance. It's a gay romance.
It's also still one of my all-time favorites. I'd reccomend at least giving one
volume a try. If you're not sure you could handle reading something centered
around gay characters, this could most definitely be the series that wins you
over. This is actually full of warm and fuzzy moments and dramatic moments and
insane overthetop moments.
Tsubasa is pretty romantic, both the anime and the manga, but it's got a tragic
atmosphere all throughout.
The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya anime just recently completed actually. Real
short too, only 14 episodes. Hilarious, cute and fuzzy, completely insane,
quickly became one of my favorites.
Both the Chrno Crusade manga and anime are excellent, and I actually reccomend
getting through -both- because of just how drastically different they are.
(COMPLETELY different second halves) Cute and fuzzy, not so much, but as
romances they're both excellent.
I'd also reccomend Death Note, oddly enough. It does have some interesting
romantic elements, but with a twist. The character whose point of view you see
them from is completely and totally using the other person, who worships the
former. It's an interesting take. Not warm and fuzzy either though.
If you're looking for cute and fuzzy solely, I have to say, I think the series
for you is Card Captor Sakura. You really can't get cuter or fuzzier than that.
xD (and don't be fooled, the manga isn't for kids as much as you'd think. it's
like one of those series that's got plenty of things for the older crowd to pick
up on too, like all the gay and lesbian tension, and canon pedophilia)
I'm actually looking for an anime.
but manga wise. i've already read all those magna.
& I'm trying to stray from yaoi such as graviation & the incest
in Angel Sanctuary.
Sailor moon?.. a definate no.

Inuyasha is NOT A fluffy, or for that matter anything close to Karen Kano, or
lamune. & once of the most annoying anime in existance.
then, i'd say the melancholy of haruhi suzumiya again. it's an anime, it's
short, but it's a lot of fun. you can still find torrents for it because it JUST
finished over in japan, not licensed over here yet.
you can try DN Angel. Its totally shoujo and theres romance in it. It isnt an
intense anime, so it might suit you. But I recommend reading the MANGA.
Personally, the anime sucks =.=;;
Just like someone else said, Kodocha (kodomo no omocha) is pretty good.
Some other ones are....
-Kamichama Karin - Manga (super cute, but minor romance scenes)
-Fruits Basket - Manga
-Nana (theres romance, but definally nothing cute and fuzzy.)
and yeah. there are a lot more, but i just wont mention them all xD
DN Angel - love/romance
Full Moon wo Sagashite - cute love/romance
Fruit Basket - love/romance cute and warm
Aishiteruze Baby - cute love/romance
CardCaptor Sakura - love/romance cute warm and fuzzy
Ouran High School Host Club - love/romance
yeah. one of those things like kare kano, mermaid melody, or Lamune. all that nice cutesy, warm fuzzy anime?
Anime: Princess Tutu, Fruits Basket, Ai Yori Aoshi, Full Moon wo Sagashite, Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne, Escaflowne
And in case you're interested in manga...
Manga: Kodomo no Omocha (Kodocha), Imadoki!, Hana-Kimi, Wish
I hope that helped.
Hun.. Ultramaniac is quite nice. Fruits Basket... if you like mangas.... Koukou Debut, WPinch, Mars, Vampire Knight. ^_^
Mars is NOT fluffy. o_o;

sailor Moon,duh
Sailor Moon was a lot of fun, but when reading and watching as a joke.
Zoisite was awesome though.
what about inu yasha?
Hmm... A good shoujo in general would be Honey and Clover.
I'm actually looking for an anime.
