Do you fell something missing after watching the show

When I watch some anime show, I feel something is missing after watching the ending. I don't know what but something is missing that's all I can say.

For example:

After when I watch Fate Stay Night, I feel like ending shouldn't just end like that. I don't know how to explain but after when Caber is gone what happen to the war. Did it just end or will it continue. Will Shiro and Rin be masters again. Will Shiro be able to hold Caber again and will Rin meet Acher again.
There are tons of question that I want to ask but they couldn't be answered

There are more anime that I like to continued to ask for example Full Metal Panic and Love Hina. This two anime shows are similar like what happen to the two lovers in the end.

To me the story should continue rather end it so quickly.

I like to hear every anime that you watch and tell me if you felt something or anything missing.

yes, i feel that way if the ending is bad, especially those ones that have all the main characters die and stuff

hey i think the same for FMA, but the manga it's very diferent...and ends fine.
and for FateStay/Night i relly don't like the end, and i don't like how end Elfen lied

Well If you want to know what happens in love hina to them, In the manga they get married...

There are many bad endings in anime and in other forms of media. The worst one I've seen was probably Kare Kano's ending, then again, I hate that anime. *Ponders why I watched it*

I understand the topic question, but I am (almost) completely against what you're actually saying.

Sure, Fate/Stay Night may have felt a little abrupt, but you need to understand that it originated from a game, and that game had three separate storylines. The anime only focused on the first, barely glancing the other two. As a result, it was impossible for the anime to cover everything, and it will always be impossible unless they make a sequel/movie of the same people with similar events, which would become rather repetitive. So it was inevitable that alot of the things were left unknown. The strongest example would be Archer. Do you know who he is? He is quite possibly the most interesting character in the entire story if you knew his real identity...
As for your examples, I don't understand them.

Caber? Perhaps you mean Excalibur or Caliburn? And by the war, I suppose you mean King Arthur's war mentioned at the end of the anime. If you want to know what happened, look it up in wikipedia. It's a famous legend, not one made up within the anime. Or in fact, maybe you're just so uncoordinated that you meant Saber (mispelling it twice), and are referring to the Holy Grail War. If so, then just like the previous Holy Grail War, the war simply ended with the grail being destroyed.
Shirou and Rin will not be masters again unless, of course, they participate in the next Holy Grail War.
However, I do agree that FSN ended poorly. If you really want to know what happens, then visit abruptly, this site. It has an indepth recount of the three storylines, and it's really quite interesting.

However, as I said, I do agree with the topic subject (i.e. topic heading). Many anime do end rather abruptly, and leave you unsatisfied. FMA springs to mind, because though the series was incredible, the final three-ish episodes (including the movie) were just so wierd and badly done that I was left fairly annoyed. In the end, it comes down to personal opinion, and how well the anime actually did the ending.

For me it was Hellsing. It felt like there were about a dozen or more episodes to go, and then it was over. Bah.

I also felt something was missing at the end of FSN. I was hoping they'd find a way for Shiro and Saber to be together in the end. I know it would have been cheesy, but cheese is better than the empty its over feeling I felt watching the credits roll. I always feel a little sad when an anime comes to an end. However, open ending with no plot resolutions can be annoying as well. I perfer endings with semi-conclusions. They should tie up the main plot while allowing the possibility for more, even if they don't make a sequel.

after any good anime when i finish it i kinda wish there was more cuz im kinda lonely with nothing to do xD im being honest >_>

Here are a few shows that I felt needed more CowboyBebop, Comic Party, Inyuyasha, FullMetal Alchemist

Comic Party: I just felt that there wasn't enough and that they just wasted some of the episodes, when they could have had the plot building up getting better and better :(

CowboyBebop ended with the line "bang"? WHAT!? What type of ending is that NOOOOO! Then the movie came out it had nothing to do with the end of the show.

Inyuyasha, yes Inyuyasha, in Japan sometime last year it just abuply stopped because it had caught up with the manga. Too bad. :(

FMA a show so full of loop holes you could travel though worlds. The show went way off course as soon as it caught up to the manga. I want to bring the show Naruto into this real fast. In Japan the show has stopped and has had several fillers for a while now. Though a lot of fans are getting really pissed off, they don't understand that the show could end up just like FMA or Inyuyasha if the animators kept going on with the story. With a famous show such as that the animators are filling up the show waiting, so that the show won't abuptly end or go way off in the plot.

To arivaca,
I went to "ax" anime convention and they had previews for the 2nd Hellsing show so get ready for it. :D

I feel i had gain something rather than loose something.

hmm depends on circumstances surrounding me while watching the anime...usually the same anime would make me feel really happy once...and at other times when it seems rough in the real world, that same anime would bring me sadness...hmm who knows...all about human psychology i guess....or rather my mood...lols

i feel often somehow disappointed after watching an anime i think they shouldnt let them end like that.I think it would be best if they would make some one or two extra episodes to show a happy or better ending.
