Kefka is incredibly evil, but one of my favourite villans is 'Dhaos' from Tales
of Phantasia, he is a mystey, he runs rather than fights when he is losing, he
had the favour of the gods and the ending throws in a very unexpected twist
giving the player a strange feeling, unlike the usual high you get when you
defeat a final boss.
i agree that sephiroth is the greatest game villain ever, i mean come on that
clip of him in the fire and sinister look on his face and his evil plot, by far
the greatest villain.
i'll go with sephiroth ...o man ...he's freakin evil ...not because he killed
aries ...(well ...maybe that's one of the reason that makes him a evil villian )
but he also wanted to destroy the whole planet ..... he is the devil

HK-47 from Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic was wicked cool. The most
cheery, evil, self-professed mass murderer ever created. Wonderful voice acting
and the best lines in any game ever make him my favourite game villain of all
time.
my 1st thought of this was sephiroth at the begining....cuz i couldnt think a
more suitable word for best decribing him...than 'evil' (he got a good
look....but u arnt gona say 'sephiroth is good looking~' in the first place; but
rather u will just say 'holy zhit, sephiroth is evil')
but then i was thinking...can no one surpass sephiroth in terms of evilness?
then i think deeper and deeper....and guess what...the most evilest villian is
actually no body rather than Sora from KH...
WHY? just think about it...who could just kill tiny-cute creatures like
heartless without shreding a tear? who goes around town and steals EVERY-SINGLE
treasure he sees with his universal master? who goes around different worlds and
screws up story lines? and last but not least...who else except him could make
king mickey work FOR him?
due to all the above reason...i say that Sora is the most evilest villian in all
games of all time until now... ^^;
Yeah yeah we all know Seph. is the quintiessential bad-ass of all time. But what
about Exdeath from FFV? I mean for gosh sakes he's a giant space tree! You can't
get more bad-ass than a Birch. More evil than an Elm. More powerful than a
Poplar. Yep my vote goes to Exdeath, giant space tree of DOOM!
The Dark Demon from SNES game Demon's Crest mut be the best video game villain,
is actually one of the hardest opponents, even when Firebrand with all his power
is extremely hard to defeat it.

... Demyx from Kingdom Hearts 2 ^^ i noe Demyx is only PART of the main threat,
but lol i gotta love the dude xD

crowd. Sephiroth (man, this gives no variation in the thread :P). I can count up a
lot more villans that I think are cool. Graham Jones in Aria of Sorrow, Dracula
in Symphony of the Night (he is coolest there :P), Yggdrasil in Tales of
Symphonia, Luther in Star Ocean III (I dont like the game, just him ) and Ganon
in Ocarina of Time.

2.Torq (The suffering)-part hero, part family-murdering, child killing, monster hunting, monster-morphing bad ass
3.Dr. Wallace Breen, aka The Administrator (half life 2)-the dictator of City 17 and the leader of the alien Combine, hes the next Hilter
