Well, I like Rosiel (from Angel Sanctuary)'s hair... I mean, the style isn't really "cool", just it's so long and beautiful... I really like long hair; its fun to draw, there's so much you can do with it, and how it drapes and blows and... ahh. X3 Especially on a guy (like Rosiel). Ha ha.

Dark and Krad, from DNAngel, both have cool hair as well (Dark's been mentioned a lot, hasn't he...?) I like styles like Dark's where the hair is uneven, and there's some that's long in the front, so it can hang over the shoulders and be all cool... and there's also cool bangs. I'm a sucker for cool bangs.

I haven't really given a thought to hair in anime, but I always wondered how Jessie's hair (from Team Rocket in Pokemon) always stood up like that. Also, I can't exactly say it's a fave, but it certainly gets points for originality: Robin's from Witch Hunter Robin. I see that some fans in some WHR inner circles call them "handlebars". Funny, considering that she rides a Vespa.
