Is the Type of movies you like to watch New or old style?
People say that old movie suck but what about The matrix now that movie is somewhat old. Also, Jackie Chans movies are mostly old and what about the monty python group ^_^. anyways Both new and old movies are good ^_^. have fun and express your favorite movies new and old and why.

i would say that i like new movies much better, the technology and actin is always better then old movies. i know there are good old movies too, but overall i enjoy newer ones better

It depends if you are a person who loves special effects then of course you should go for the newer movies, but if you are not interested special effects, then old movies should be also okay for you. I mean if you take a look at the Top 250 best movies ever then you would find more old movies then new ones.
As for me I think both are okay.

This is true lol it is what your pallet is like. Personally Some new movies are really cruddy and sometimes the movies are really good.

It kinda depends on what you mean by old.
Matrix is not old in my eyes.
Old is before 1980 in my opinion - and in that case I prefer new.

Fair enought lol everyone has an opinion just like they have a nose. And old is i guess relevent to your age if you are younger like myself at the age of 19 then movies like indian jones and starwars and tron are all old and thinks like jaws and back to the future too and i guess that the matrix is more um how you would say not past the time yet ^_^

Old movies are cool !
Old: stylish, dapper, storylines are better, funny (in a nice and not nice way), techinically "cooler" to study !
New Movies - there are some good ones too - like LOTR, Gladiator
New: Special effects, colour, more imaginative in the storyline department.

I dont think I really have a preference though the old movies tend to leave more of a lasting impression - e.g the original "Psycho"

Comedy movies

No preferance. I enjoy all type of movie

i prefer action movies

Well i like any movies that have a decent amount of substance. Also the amount of people that are recognizable like johnny depp and camoren diaz etc etc anyways spending time to watch movies is a long and not tedious task ^_^

It isnt a matter of new and old with me. I mainly like sci-fi or movies about the past. Like braveheart or gladiator. It can be an old movie or new one of this genre.

Yah scary movies are not my style ither i prefer thinks like monty python and the tuxsedo and like three to tango those are all good movies in my opnion.

If you look at a time line matrix came out awhile ago i believe and there has be tons of movies released some good some bad but the H.potter series has come out ofter the matrix and lord of the rings came out after the matrix so that is fairly old is it not? anyways i guess it is becuase im young and well niave ^_^ only 19 lol still have a long life ahead of me.

If a movie's good, I like it. If a movie's bad I don't...well sometimes I do but in a different way.

It's more about what the movie's about than when it was released.

for me it's FANTASY MOVIES HANDS DOWN! the likes of Neverending Story, Red Sonja, can't wait for Narnia to come out!

horror movies of course i simpliy love them, if their frightening and that im watching them on my own, when im home alone and its dark outside... THE BEST FEELING

Any movie that has a good story and a nice cast. It just has to be engaging, something that doesn't make me bored. It doesn't have to be an action-packed movie, if the story is interesting, that's enough.

Action for me are the best, but i like to watch a fun movie to.

I am fan of all movies but I admit i like watching scifi movies the most.

Action movies. Some comedy too.
