I wasn't really sure where to put this thread, since it's comic-book related,
but isn't anime or manga. So I chose hobbies, if it's in the wrong place,
well....feel free to move it! :p
I was wondering if anyone else on MiniTokyo has ever read the Yoko Tsuno comic
book series by Roger Leloup. The comics are Belgian, but are also translated
into French and German. I'm pretty sure those are the only languages they're
available in. My parents sent me to a French school, and when I was younger I'd
always take them out of the school library and return them extremely late, because I was in love with
them.
Here are some pictures taken off the official website. Sometimes the name of the
comic doesn't ring a bell, but the art does.
I'd just like to know if my friend and I are the only people who have read these
books or not, or if anyone else is interested in ligne-claire style art or
comics. Discuss!
HAha, nv heard of this before. But seems that they must be pretty good for u to
be so in love with the art and all. HAha.. sorry but i'm more into the Jap anime
and manga scene. =P

Oh wow, someone else than me here has heard about those! I read them all (have
the entire collection here)! But, just a correction, one of Belgium's official
language is French, so, they were written in French, not translated in it. Some
volumes were also translated in Dutch, English and Chinese I believe. Anyways,
cool scans, I had never seen the one with Ingrid I think, and Poky is as cute as
ever.
