can anybody tell me?
there is no way you can add free download quota, it is 5 for you each day and it'll regain after 24hours.
Just as nolove said. The fdq is to stop leechers and to save MT's server. By the way MT forum's full of thread like this one, you should use the search tool before opening a new one.
