Bah... I've been doing it for some years (3, almost 4 years) and I still think
my manga art is 1/2 decent. But I'm drawing some manga stories dispite this,
mainly for practice and a hobby.
I've got a long ways to go, but I may enter a Rising Star of Manga comp next
year, if they have one.
No, to tell the truth I'll probably never be able to draw good enough on my own
and claim that it's my own manga. I can draw ok with frontview of an anime
character but not from angles. The only I'm good at would be drawing shoujo
faces.
yeah i guess...i like my style of drawing but is a problem ...i'm very lazy :S
and i think of one idea of the manga, but after i get another..and another
one...and i dont know how i pick lol ^^U
Yeah i can, infact i just started on one about a week ago. Untill yesterday it
was just plainning and such. Still i don't have a full grasp on what i'm gonna
do with the comic but aleast i'm doing something.
hahaz... i draw for the fun of it... never really gave serious thought of
creating my own manga, i'm terrible at creating stories anyway... all the best

I'm decent in drawing but not as good. I wish I could draw like some of those
manga artists but I'm going to need a lot of practice until I reach it. I've
been drawing sketches and I've started some manga of my own. Even though my art
is decent and a little rusty, it helps me practice and it's a hobby that I
really enjoy.
I am good at drawing but I cant draw hands or feet T.T... I am also good at
creating stories, but since I cant draw some parts of the body, I dont finish
the "manga" I started ^^ so... I cant draw manga even if I want to T.T
hehe HELL NO. which is y i try and copy other peoples work caus i cant draw ne
other poses than standing. Even then i cant draw the same character the same
over and over. mad props to all those who can actually draw em yea.
I think i draw good enough to please myself. and i have taken my work to other
people and they've liked it but really depends on if you think it's good enough
to make into a manga.
Well, personally, I feel that cultivating narrative or storytelling technique is
more important to the creation of a manga than drawing ability. Being able to
draw well isn't going to make a successful manga alone. (It definitely helps
though!) A manga artist has to be skilled in both visual skills AND
storytelling. (As a suggestion, it's a good idea to think of manga in terms of
film. Watching and analyzing movies will help you learn how to compose scenes
more interestingly in your manga.) That aside, I, too, have deeply ponder making
my own manga. (Gee, can you tell? )
yea, i culd if i wanted, but ill still practice my art for some years before i
start 1 of my own, a few people have seen it, because im not willing to show
just anyone, but from what iv been told, yea, 'they say im pretty awesome'
seeing as i pretty much have the art down, all i need now is to come up with a
good enough story and il b ready
Umm, I think I'm a good artist, but I don't think I'd manage to pull off making
a manga. Reason is, I lack the originality and time I s'pose. Maybe after a
couple of more years of working hard, I could make a manga. .::shrugs::.
Erm,well I think my skills are quite good and I draw my own manga but due to the
everchanging skills of mine,I was never able to keep the same characters look
the same so I think a few more years of hard work will help..
umu... 2 be honest... i am a bad motherf------ when it comes 2 drawing males and
cityscapes, houses, exterior, furniture--i suck. i only nature backgrounds and
girls.

id say yes i could do it i did it once before but it i got robbed and it got
taken in all the other stuff that got taken it was 90 single sheets filled on
both sides with adventure and humor
since that happened tho i lost inspiration.. i could do it again but....

I would say go for it since its worth trying to do. Im not a good artist or anything but its good to try
