hello everyone! i decided to stop the contest now cuz no one's voting anymore.
^^ and all the judges submitted their scores. plus, i have work to do..

Ok, here's the special awards first:
- we had 8 judges: bj0rn, walang-mata, zaira, Devilet, aqiaqua, smagier,
OriginalQueenofAnime and nolove.
- it was REALLY a close fight. at one point the award went to different members,
then it suddenly changed. well, can't blame the judges.
Noble Scarlet (Most Improved and chosen by me) goes to melymay.
Comment: we know she can't make a good wallpaper.. yet. but her idea reflected
in her submission is somewhat unique. it's rare to see grunge + angel in
despair. might need more practice, but it is appealing in it's own way.
Angelique Award (Most Appealing) goes to oneplaceclosertonumb with an overall score of 86.25.
Rare Feather Award (Most Creative) goes to oneplaceclosertonumb with an overall score of 86.25.
Heaven's Judgement Award (overall quality wallpaper) goes to oneplaceclosertonumb with an overall score of
84.25.
Now.. for the popularity award:
