The fact is that actually today when I came to see my Minitokyo page....I was
just concerned cuz until now I never made a bug report but this isn't normal
lol....
I don't have 5 free download quota! I just have 3 free download quota today! and
I haven't download anything!sooooooo please can anyone fix it?
The system regenerates itself after a 24 hour period. If you have downloaded
something more then 24 hours ago and it's not replenishing then I'll mention it
to Sheqel. Otherwise just wait and it'll be back.

Make sure you don't have any download accelerators turned on as these can cause
a reduction in quota/credits through normal gallery browsing by pre-fetching the
download page
You may have logged on using another computer without logging off. I did once
and the safest way to prevent someone using my account (since I couldn't use
this computer again) was to change my password.
I remember also one complaining of that but it turned out that it was because of
a relative that used the same computer.

Perhaps both of you - kaorinosaori and HimeWarrior - should try logging in after
24 hours of inactivity. If your download quota is not back up to 5, then there
might be something wrong. At the moment, my best guess would be that it hasn't
been 24 hours since your last download.
