does anyone have any sugestions for a funny anime. Something kind of like FLCL or Full metal panic Fumoffu. A decent story-line would be good.

hmm.. school rumble? not much of a great story line though..

Inukami and tonagura are pretty funny in an ecchi way, but i'll also recommend school rumble. At first i hated that one but when i gave it a chance i ended up watching the entire S1 and S2 in one weekend.

Well naruto a funny show and so is Cardcaptor Sakura.

if you're looking for fun ... FMP? Fumoffu is the best that is

Yea Fumoffu had me lauging like crazy. I'd recommend Inukami, and this new show Yoake mae yori ruriiro na - Crescent Love seems to be pretty funny as well.

For pure laughing bliss:

- School Rumble

I'll add more to the list once I can recall some of the rest. These are truly the finest shows you can hope for in terms of 'comedy'.

Try Excel Saga. The brand of humour is a lot like FLCL.

Small list of my seen titles which I can recommend. Some have (of course) token drama or romance issues, but all in all its good for a few laughs.

Enjoy them! I certainly did!

Azumanga was one of the few that really made me laugh out loud (I rarely do that)
Also try out School Rumble, very funny, creative, and cute! ^^

Martian Successor Nadesico is a good bet... it's a bit old, but hasn't dated (if that makes any sense). Plus it's got a great story line.

Magical Shopping Arcade Amenobashi is hillarious. It had me and my friend collapsing of laughter. I think it at least has a plot.......ish. :P

But for me it has to be Mahou Sensei Negima, School Rumble, and eyeshield 21!
