I posted this topic just to know what do you or people in your environement
think about Arabic/islamic people beacause i "guess" that there are
some people (no Arabic/islamic) think that all A/I people are bunch of violent
barbaric guys who wants wars or for
exemple when in a chat room a no A/I people find an A/I (from an arabic country)
who wants to talk with him by saying "Hi" he respond "Sorry i
don't talk with terrorists" or ignore him.
So i think that what i say is not true that's why i want to know what do you
think about it (i don't want lies and even if you think so it doesn't matter at
all
)
It kinda depends on whether or not people actaully make the attempt to learn
about others. Its mostly the ignorant masses that don't really have a clue
because they are to apathetic to get up off their lazy a##$@# are the idiots
that make these sorts of claims. Add int those people that have an
"agenda" to stir things up as well as people that have true vendettas
againts other races/religions and well you see where I am going.
For some idiotic reason a great number of people seem to think its better to
start fighting than to actually use their brains.
Personally I don't identify terrorist by any creed or religion, I just call them
terrorists or fanatics. Why lend any sort of support to their "cause"
by identifying them with the religion they supposedly follow.
Not all of them are violent barbarians, because some of them are actually very
cultured and intelligent. Its only because of the overwhelming number of
uneducated people that they have that reflects badly on them. This, i think, is
due to the lack of cultural development that the region has had in the past
centuries, which in turn, I would attribute partly to the relatively more
restrictive nature of Islam(such as restricting education for women).Such
policies, if you would call them that, only slow the development of a particular
race, and such restrictive laws imposed by Islam, coupled with the unfortunate
rise of fanatics and religous deviants, has put the people in, well to put it
simply, deep shit.
I'm a chinese & I have to say I have a many pals who are Muslims. They are
great friends to me and would always joke around and help each other around like
anyone would. In my opinion, the people in the West have the wrong thinking of
everything and only know how to hate things and be ignorant of the truth. They
do not know everyone is human as anyone can be a terrorist but why must they
label ALL muslims bad? That is the big question. Dont they know that even their
own countrymen can cause chaos and disturb the peace. I do not like this
thinking of theirs at all, it is seriously stupid. Im sorry if you arent one of
them but most of them are.
People have their own religions and like them so let's stop pointing fingers and
keep it that way.
i agree with drastikhate coz i come from the western side of the world and i
dont think its fair to just hand out judgement like that. what's going on in
Islam is hectic but you also gotta think for what reasons. if ur country was
under attack, bombs and missiles going off everywhere you would also go to
drastic measures to make your voice heard of how many innocent ppl are
dying....for the goverments greed! it happens everywhere not just in Islam.

But I have lost respect for many of them; the lack of response towards those of
their own religion who are murdering hundreds of innocent people daily as
opposed to the outcry whenever somebody steps on their Islamic toes is
disgusting.
One would think they would be more against the Islamic terrorists-- instead,
they turn a blind eye.
Until I see a greater reaction from the Muslim community, I'm very weary of

A/I people are fine people. It's the people like Alquaida (I don't think I
spelled it right ) and the Taliban that give the Middle East a bad name.
To judge people from the Middle East merely by the actions of others in their
country would be like judging everyone in the US based on the actions of the
mofia.
So the answer is that myself I don't hold a bad opinion of the people over in
the Middle East, but I can't speak for the other people in my region.
4 of 5 people in my country are moslems. Indeed, there are some people out there
who can be classified as extremists or fundamentalists, but not all of them are!
I have tons of moslem friends (I'm non-Moslem myself) and have no problem at all
in building friendship with them all. Y'know, some Moslems don't even like what
those damn terrorists do. They are worried about how those stupid actions will
cause the world to give a "All moslems are terrorists" stigma. They
love peace, just like everyone does.
The problem is: Not all of them do. This extreme side thinks of westerners as
being evil, neocolonialists, capitalists, and many others. Just like westerners
think bad about them. I'm afraid this will turn into a vicious cycle.
IMHO, those Moslem extremists, fundamentalists, and bigots in my country (who
struggle like hell to turn my country into an Islamic country) will someday
learn that by learning and browsing through their Holy Book and implementing
what are taught blindlessly alone won't give them knowledge to build space
shuttles, aircraft carriers, fighter planes, or even cars.
They'd better realise it fast, or else, wew will keep becoming backward country,
and worse, the entire world will give another stigma like "Those Moslems
can create nothing but terrors and bombs."
There are extremists, but I don't think their necessary islamic. It's unfair to
classify the whole as a terrorist when it's cause by a handful of them..
for most of the moments, i will say the main point is human errors. to
understand such events, we need to get into their history, islamic history i
mean (i learned it from history books which i'm sure isn't bias after extensive
checks). first, is prophet muhammad's struggle in spreading the good news of God
(in other words, spreading islam to the people). during his time, arabian people
were barbaric (some sources said that's the situation which prompted God to send
prophet muhammad down to save the people there from falling into devil's path).
because these barbarians had sturbornly treatened to kill him no matter where he
is, he decided to gather more followers from other places. by doing so, he will
have bigger group to face the barbaric tribes. but in most wars he participated,
he never wantonly kill his enemies. by forcing them to surrender, his enemies
will hopefully turn into real leaves (with the thought of there's no use to
fight again)
unlike jesus christ, muhammad faced all opposers with force. so, it's like war
can be used to defend one's faith.
thus, that's why now these islamic militants / terrorists frequently refer to
islam as source of defeating enemies. and they call this jihad (holy
war).
but you see, muhammad never kill enemies just because he hates them. he even
FORGIVES them, just like jesus. on the other hand, he laid the rules which one
of them stated "spare those who're not involve in war," he was
refering to innocent civilians of enemy's state.
as a result, we cannot blame islam as source of terrorist. it's just these bunch
of idiot gangs who misinterpreted prophet's words. they should have know early
they're going to hell after suicide blastings. why muhammad did these (war)
during his time? as mention before, it all depends on which place, & type of
situations.

Not every arab/islamic people are radical and kill innocent people. In my
country, muslim peoples who are the majority against the terrorism as it only
brings bad name to Islam and they believe that killing innocent people will send
them straight to the hell. I have not problem with muslim people as they are
friendly and don't like wars and destruction. Even, everyone which are muslim
and non-muslim can live together in peace and harmony. I wish this can be happen
in another muslim country where they even kill their own family because of
different way of thinking and ideology. Western people were misunderstood about

loves to spread terrorism. But, you can't simply blame their minds as their
