The scan is kinda low quality and looks blurred in places. The bg, though the colors are nice, is really blurry. But my biggest concern is the scan. Either change it or find another version that's cleaner.

Yeah, i agree, the scan is too blurry, and Sakura has a weird face on it.

no...the scan is too blurry and the text...the color matches NOTHING on the wallie...make it about the same color as the background but darker.

yup, like everyone else said, the scan is too blurry, and the extraction needs some work. It looks pixelated in some places (like her leg) and blurry in other places (like her feet). Also, the background looks filtered. and I'm not sure if that mirrored image of her would be considered ghosting (which is not allowed).

And like Orange-Range said, the next colour doesn't match any of the colours on the wall, and the font style looks randomly chosen, same with the placement.

the placement of the text seems ok i guess but that biggest problem you have is the scan. it looks low quality and your extraction looks like you used a soft edged eraser which is not allowed(i think)

the image on the right eh...not sure if it would be "ghosting" but it depends on who is looking at it

I like it! except maybe the extraction is a bit bad...bad other than that, it's great!

My answer's a no. You really have to use another scan if you cant clean it properly because it has too much pixels and is low quality. The background needs a little more touch up and it would be best to change it into a darker colour, not yellow. Yellow doesn't seem to fit the whole wallpaper's theme here. One suggestion - make one half on the background a darker colour while the other half, a lighter colour since your theme here is DARK and LIGHT.

Change the colour of the font too. Pink doesn't go well with the whole colour scheme of your wall.

I like the version without the stars, and with the white text. However, I don't think it's ready to submit yet, because it looks like you've simply placed a scan in front of a stock image (or images). There's no connection whatsoever that I can see between the scan and the background, both in the theme, and the presentation. The style of the photo clashes with the anime style (waaay too much details in the photo), not to mention the colours don't match the bright and cheerful colours of Sakura. Also, try not to divide the two sections so suddenly, maybe have it light blending into the dark.

Also, Sakura-chan is just floating in the middle of nowhere...

hmm.. not sure whether you uploaded the wallie but i still think that the scan is abit weird.. And the ribbons on Sakura's leg were being cut off... Her wings look abit weird too.. It looks as though it is being stick on her... x_X Background didnt really suit her too... GOMEN for all the remarks.. Maybe you should change again before uploading to MT?

sakura-chan, i think u should download the stock image from deviant art.. i mean the picture of water ripple.. then put it underneath sakura.. and blending with beautiful colour.. that should be nice ^0^
