Ne,norine-chan,the character is quite blur,I like the background and I suggest the plant in her hands should be the background,because it doesn't look real>.< overall I like it.It's the truth.But the character is really blur.Oh and the words,maybe a different looking font and place some Layer Style onto it,it'll look nice.

You might wanna Stroke Outline the text.
I find the flower rather queer cause one minute i find it ok and the next it starts to annoy me.
The wings looks rather faded (as in some parts).
You might want to ask a gallery mod whether you can sumbit this

Like i said in the other thread, you need to unblur the girl. The rest is fine

looks like you've over-filtered the scan (did you use median filter?). Also, the colour scheme doesn't match, she's wearing blue and green, with pink hair, so the purple doesn't fit anywhere at all. Also, the plant looks like there's a noise filter on it, take it out and make it smoother in style like the girl. The wings look okay, but the colour's waaay too dark for the rest of the wall. The font style looks... out of place, I suggest taking it out, or change it to another font colour and style (maybe a more faded colour)

the picture is quite blurry.....and i think it's a bit....too normal. I think the picture should stand out a bit more....but other than that, it's cute, and you should totally submit it!

i know! why didnt it still blur.. frst you have duplicate first dont use median filter on the origin image. use it on the duplicate one ^^

hmmm.. First.. The scan is blur and it is hard to judge on the extraction. The left leg of the scan is being cutted.. Not too sure whether you did the wings on her back but it looks blur too.. The bg is pretty ok but u need to change the colour of the font because it was well blended in the bg.. O_O;; GOmen for the comments!~

Nice wall; it is quite cute, though there are some stuff needing fixing.
Aside from the blur, as many have already said, the flower's noise is kind of bad. I think you should just make it solid. The wings do not look attached; perhaps that was the point, but they look out of place. Especially when they are dotted like that. Also, I find the dots in the bg slightly annoying after a while, but that could just be a personal preference thing.
By the way, across her arms, there is a dark line; I do not know what that is, but I am guessing that should not be there.
