I usually don't watch anime for long periods of time so I'm ok with it, since I like to have "marathons" for a couple of days (generally an unbusy weekend), so it's no that terrible to me.

yeah, it's prett easy actually lol i have phases according to my family, first i obsses over anime for like a while then i get really sad cause they don't have the next episode so i for 1 day i end up like moping around thinking 'when the heck will the next episode come out?' then i get hooked on video games haha like rite now im playing devil may cry lol obssesed. But then i get bored and crave to watch a series or someething or buy a manga like also rite now i want the manga for devil may cry hmmm im not sure if that still counts oook so yeah i have phases and thats how my life goes

I wouldn't be able to survive without anime. I'd crack in less than a day without anime.

I'd think I'd last a week without anime, other than that, I would need something a manga to read or to watch an anime by then. If I were to go further than that, I'd have symptons of anime/manga withdrawl and might start to crack and end up losing it hahah
A month would be like an endurance test for an otaku who's really REALLY into it. You'd be like... enlightened if you can control your 'desires' for the month hahah

I'm still alright,I had my end of the year exam for the whole month so I guess,I survived.

1 month is really cutting it close to the point of insanity for me. i've gone 3 weeks without anime when i forced myself to stop, so i could study for the exams. It got to the point where i would dream about being a main character in some random anime episode, everybody that appeared in my dream would be animated sometimes even chibi....

I'd cope pretty well, cause i rarely watch anime as it is :p

Its not really by choice its just that i never really get round to watching it most of the time, but seeing as i just got 8 dvds, and holidays are next week, i'll be marathoning =D

I can do that easily. Heck, I've done it a few times in the past. Of course, I always marathoned a series afterwards xD

It's quite relative. Is not as bad actually as you are picturing the situation, for me having not watch anime within 6 months will be consider as a crisis. But a month is something I can go through. Also there are many other things that you can enjoy too. If you play videogames but not watch or read any anime, that does not mean that you are 100% anime away, since mostly of videogames have anime characters.

I was going through withdrawal one weekend that I took my laptop home but forgot my external anime HD

well i talk from experiance when i say this...but i went without anime for two and a half months cause i went overseas and i dind't have a laptop or anything like that....i didn't go crazy or anything, but i was smart, so i brought anime pictures to draw them and i also printed out a manga...but i would have prefered the anime a hundred times more

i will take revenge for the time i lost for anime/manga/computergames/internet that i lost. but amonth with work without any entertainment do u think u can stand it or not? i can but i need a big revenge after that wachaaa..!
