Today there was a problem with this guy, his girlfriend (or so he call her)
usually talk with me, just for fun,
the guy sudendly start to yell at me, saying to don't say anything to her
because I was getting involve in his life, maybe, is not my fault he can't speak
like I do with girls, I only talk with her just for fun as well.
I don't know how, but without even knowing they get me into one of their
fights,
thats when he told me that I'm like a gay just because I don't have a
girlfriend, oh plese, that does not mean I'm a gay,
he think he is all a MAN just because he is with a girl,
COME ON!
In my own opinion a man is the one who don't rush on getting a girlfriend,
someone who respect a relationship and of course make sure to take the time for
the big stufs.
I don't have a girlfriend, is not because I'm a gay, is because I want to take
my time, I don't want to break a girl's heart just because I start a
relationship and then break up because I wasn't ready for that.
Everything must be done in the right time,
thats just my style.

I agree wtih shinmeiryu, the only reason to have a girlfriend should be because
you really like that person, and you see a future with them. The key is that you
want to prove YOURSELF as a man/woman. That thing is something you have to do on
your own, and there's usually a moment or event that will determine that. People
should never drag someone else into something that they are looking for.
hell no, you don't need to be involved in a relationship to "be
somebody." That is the biggest bunch of bullshit. And just because a guy
doesn't have a girlfriend or a girl doesn't have a boyfriend (such is my case,
and it's by choice), that doesn't mean they're homosexual. Sounds like that guy

I think it's a good idea to wait, and get to know someone before getting into a
really heavy romantic relationship; eXDreams2k5 is correct. Learn more about
yourself, and take care of yourself, love yourself (not in a

who went off on you had very little self-esteem, or he wouldn't have been so

Relationships are healthy to have and even essential. People need to know they
are wanted or loved. But you don't need that relationship to be a gf or a bf.
Friends, family, teachers, are all examples of relationships you can have with
others and you don't need it to be a committment type.
I'll have to agree with the majority so far as well saying you don't need a
"better half". If a person needs another to make them feel complete
(ie. a complete man or woman) then I'd think they would probably have some
growing up to do in the maturity department, or have some type of problems,
because a person should be complete on their own.
To me having to have someone complete someone is like they have to use the other
as a crutch because they are not whole on their own.
every failure is a learning experience... once you think you fail, then that's
when it's true... but if you continue to take failure as a lesson, then you are
one step closer to success...
