yeah the first one seem to bring it lively than the bottom one....probley it was the yellow colour...but the yellow seems to lose the ideal image or emotion on the anime....well it's up to you since these are what my thoughts are

hmm the character looks blurry, are u using some paint filter? i recommend not using it for the chara but it's your choice, both of them is already good
