Ratings here or did the station do random calling survey? How the survey is done
will bring different result than what is posted here.

your own list (only TV series) of at least 5. thx
I'm just happy Eureka Seven made it that high on the list. For how good it is it
isn't very popular. It is hard to get into at first, but it goes from average to
brilliant in an instant. I'd expect to see it on the top ten next year, but it
really doesn't matter much to me anyway. Popularity does not affect it's awesome
factor.
I'm also impressed NGE is still that high. Granted it's one of the most
influencial series of all time, but to still hold the #2 spot after almost
twelve years, that's damn impressive if you ask me. Although I suppose Gundam is
very high as well for it's age. The nice thing about anime is it's still just as
good decades after it was first released, it's nice to see the old favorites in
anime still genreating new fans.
The survey means nothing if we don't know how many people participated in it and
how many votes were received for each series. For all we know, the first three
titles might have received thousands of votes, while the results for the rest of
them fall between 0-100 votes.
They should continue Suzumiya Haruhi in my humble opinion...

2006.
