I don't mind or care as long as they keep it as just an english version of the
original. Because when they make their own, they make it sound so stupid and
lame. I've seen most of them now just use the japanese original. But most
openings and endings I don't go crazy for, not into the japanese bubblegum pop.
i dont mind if they translate to english, i mean they did it to kiddy grade, i
actually thought it was supposed to be in english until i found out it was
translated xD
at anyrate english or japanese i barely listen to the lyrics anyway, well take
note of the lyrics that is
Well, when the songs are translated it sound so weird >< I think i will
stick to the original Jap ! Go the Japanese! Although some of the songs have
sounded okay
umm, they didn't change anything for inuyasha, they kept the songs original.
that goes the same for gundam seed, but for GS they didn't change the jap. chars
so...lol, of course, non of us can read those unless you've taken lessons, hah.
after those two anime, the program decided to completly remove the
opening/ending songs of upcoming anime and replace it with a new one(in this
case, they've made their own). i don't think you would like the many repetitive
music they play for 30 seconds on both ending and opening of an anime...30
seconds of intro and ending music! AND IT'S REPETITIVE! i'm ranting here but
seriously, bleach is coming out in november here, and i don't want the intro to
be bad D: the majority of anime intros depends on whether you're gonna watch it
or not T___T BLEACH! i'll still love you!
I really hate the songs when they are translated.. I prefer when they're in
japanese, but I guess they'll newer let them be in japanese in my county o.O
They usually just remove the vocals and makes into a karaoke or they just use
the american dubs, which I HATE, swedish translators and voice actors really
suck-_- I prefer them in japanese because the original is always best
I usually prefer the OP and END songs, and anything in-between, in their
original releases. Although originals sometimes sound somewhat awkward to my
ears, I could care less, just as long as it's the original copy. If there are
expanded versions, I'd be even more happier. ^_^
in my country ~ the songs will not be translated but will have translations as a
sub on the bottom.... i hate the one's that been translated - it's really funny
and i cant stand it
Depends on which anime, but 90% of all anime's opening and ending songs here is
dubbed. And I prefer the openings and endings in their original state because
Swedish... is not-so-awsome. (Yes, I live in Sweden.)
the originals are always better than the ones translated... considering here the
anime is distroyed and usually made for children, the songs just suck big
time....
Often times the opening credits are cut entirly for the tv broadcast in the US.
If they are not it's usually in the original Japanese. I prefer the original
language with subtitles for anything foreign I watch. Dubbing ruins the flow of
the dialouge, and often just looks and sounds awful.
Slightly off topic here, but perhaps someone can clear this up for me. Why is it
Japanese music has so much english scattered around in it? I've never heard
music from any other culture randomly switch languages in mid sentence. Seems
rather odd to me.
Japanese for me
but with subtitles it would help. i really don't like the translated songs in video games released in US.

Japanese! gad! All the other sweedes will understand me xD (everything sounds like crap in swedish!)

Not necessary in Japanese but I'd rather the songs in the original version... I hate translates....

I think japanese are the best- come to think of it, I don't remember of hearing any English sound track in japanese anime.
um... mostly here.... are original ONLY Inuyasha was translated into spanish @_@ dunno what happened to one piece ;_;

The japanese originals are always the best! The german openings/endings are so creepy... > <
I perfer them in Japanese.
