I've submitted some scans about month ago, and imidiately used up all credits
for downloading. Then some of my scans were deleted (no complaints about that,
all for reason), and I ended up approx -10 credits. So I waited... and waited...
now my credits are at -6.33, and they stucked like this for 2 weeks. It seems
that I can't reach zero, so none of my art can be uploaded.
Tell me, what I supposed to do to fix it. 'Donate' is not an option.
Other ways to gain credit are to be active in the forums (post in threads), and
to be active in the galleries (post comments on others' work).
If you have been active but are still not gaining credits, then there's probably
a bug in the db somewhere.

well, you can't submit because your membership has been
restricted. This prevents you from submitting any image to Minitokyo. You would
have been aware of that fact if you had read the warnings you received in your
guestbook letting you know what you needed to do and stop
doing.
