Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi... I just started watching this recently... I so far love the third episode, when they started playing Evangelion BG Music and spoofing every Mecha anime I swear I almost died from laughter.

FLCL is another classic. GAINAX are great at doing funny and bizarre anime

Oh and Miyuki-chan in Wonderland is another fav of mine... I finally got the anime a while back, makes me laugh everytime at the sheer naughiness of it ^^

Those Who Hunt Elves even though some of the jokes are a bit corny.
