eureka7? wtf? anyways, mine is Air and Kanon2(the part where makoto goes)...

Eureka 7 manga......... you will know what i'm talking about if you've seen the raws for it.

Shuffle! with Kaede, poor Kaede T_T.

Kashimashi, Fruits Basket, Sister Princess (yeah I'm too sensitive =P) ;___;

well ,the one I cried of was one of the last rurouni kenshins OVAS when kenshin and Kaoru are married .when kaoru said kenshin she didnt care to get that same sickness making love with him,cuz she loved him,I wonder how it feels to be loved that way...It mades me sad thinking that cuz no one has fallen in love with me ...Has it happened to u?
Defenitely I have to post a thread of that sadness!

Hanamitsu no Clover or honey n clover....
Yup... love is not always sweet ^_^

I cried while watching fruit basket . Its so sad

Kimi ga nozomu eien. Definetly a sad anime. I felt miserable after i watched i was sad for about a week. But besides that ... Kiminozo is one good anime :).

Interestingly enough I find this they day after I finished Eureka 7, which is to date the only anime ever to make me cry. The combination of the music, the art, and seeing Renton and Eureka together just got me, I have no idea why.

Well...there's Fruits Basket, Fushigi Yuugi, Ayashi no Ceres, Air (TV), Saiyuki, Elfen Lied....Yes i'm a very emotional person...that's all i can remember...oh yeah and Matantei Loki Ragnarok

yes, there really are a lotta depressing anime out there...

in order of emo-ness:

Kimi ga Nozomu Eien
Kanon
Samurai X: Trust and Betrayal
Saikano
Full Moon
Now and Then, Here and Then (a good series)

and if you just want it to be sad for no real purpose whatsoever then watch Air tV

The last DVD of Fruits Basket made me cry...*sniffles just thinking about it*

Fullmetal Alchemist has never made me cry, exactly, but there's lots of little moments in it that totally tug at your heartstrings.

I'm such a sap. XD

Inuyasha, FullMetal Alchemist, Chobits and Kodocha are the anime that have made me burst into tears.

But the manga of Fruits Basket and Full Moon O Sagashite make/made me cry sooooo much! Like in FB, when Akito hurts Momiji because he wants to see Tohru or when Kyo tells Akito that he hates Tohru because he can't tell Akito that he actually loves her... oh! And when Tohru runs after Kyo after his beads got taken off... I cried when ever I thought about that part... still do actually... I wonder what it would feel like to have someone love you that much?

Chrono Crusade...it's sad to see Chrono and Rosette die...

some anime ending theme's can also make me sad...like the ending theme of Burst Angel (dunno y) and Full Metal Panic's first ending theme..

Shuffle,tsukihime moon phase,mai hime,fate stay,Rurouni Kenshin,suzuka,chrono Crusades

Wow, a lot.
Mai-hime and otome (it wasn\'t sad, but i was so excited)
Chrno Crusade (that one was sad)
Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles
Elfen Lied (That one also, so sad)
Fate Stay Night
Fruit Basket
...
Well, too many, i cry like a little girl, when it\'s sad, but also when i become too excited.

rurouni kenshin :'(

I cry only when a story is very bad that it pains me for having watched it... But if you mean a love story that moves my heart a lot... It has to be I's. of all romance anime/manga i've ever seen, this moves my heart the most. Sure there are more stories that can make you cry out there, but they're mostly not romantic...

Chrono Crusade, The anime isn't really a love story, but it still made me cry when the two lovers died together T_T

Air, Shuffle!, Saikano, Ichigo 100% (manag though), Fate//Stay Night, Da Capo II, and Full Metal Panic III. But my all time fav. is Air and Shuffle!.

I usually don't cry (I mean a lot). But there are so many anime and manga that made me almost burst into tears. Not all of them are love stories. The first one which gave me a taste of unbearable sadness is Elfen Lied. I watched the anime in one night. After finishing with it, I just laid back on the bed and closed my eyes. And I felt tears flowing down from the eye corners . I think it's because the heavy weight of sadness that I got while watching the anime.

I cant say I cry but I definatelly felf a certain sadness.
I had a few of these type of anime but I dont know it can be categorize as love story although there are some elements of it.
The best that i know of now is AIR & KANON 2006. If u dont mind i would like to add chrno crusade to the list but this sadness isnt really as strong as both AIR & KANON.

Elfen Lied made me cry. I cried my eyes out on last episode, specially when Lucy and Kouta kissed. Their childhood flash back and the matching song of Lilium broke my heart. I was frozen for quiet sometime afterward with a big lump in my throat. No anime had such affect on me like Elfen Lied.

Also episode 28th of Gundam Seed Destiny made me cry. I don't know why though! It was in the end, when Shinn explode the ships and all the crew were evacuating the ships except the Captian (I don't know his name) who remaind till the end. I was crying when they showed flashbacks of his history with Shinn and how he took care of him after his family's death. And all of the sudden , to make things more heartbreaking, they began to play "I wanna go to a place" mingled with Cagalli's cries and pleads to Shinn to stop. I cried with her! I never understood Cagalli's character the way I did on that episode.

For me its Shuffle! and Fate Stay Night... they really scrambled my emotions, got to me big time
