Definitely Hisagi Shuuhei from Bleach. He's the only sleeveless shinigami in Gotei 13 and has yet to introduce us his zanpakutoh. I think he's one of the vice-captains that doesn't have enough screentime.

Kazu from Air Gear of course cause i love him, he is simply so cute

Sesshomaru from inuyasha and well Akabane from Get Backers

Archer from Fate-Stay Night. He got killed so early... sob. sob..

In my part, it would be:

-Dearka, Yzak, & Mirriallia (Gundam Seed/Destiny) They're a very good characters to be develpe but sadly not once we see them around. But I think it's better now that they stay off screen since Fukuda and his staff see to be unable to control and grow the other main characters. They pretty much ruined their initial impression in Seed.

I also add Heine and Rey to the list of Seed.

Well using not once was a mistake here! Less is what I meant!

Kotori from both D.C seasons. They(production team) just love to torment D.C Kotori fans. That overrated Aisia hit the screen just too many times.
