Try Ai Yori Aoshi. You might like it.

i dunno ne of those, but i cud say MARS is pretty romantic actually completely filled with romance so yea. sry! to waste ur time.

i watched few episode of ai yori aoshi, its alright... ill look into " MARS"/ any other suggestions? ty

...I would reccomend;

Kimi ga Nozomu Eien - drama/romance...
Mai Hime - but romance really kicks in near the end and not really romance driven...
Soul Link - has romance apparently but not too much, still on-going...
Rahxephon - mecha, has some romance...

....not sure if they're what your are looking for, but they are the ones I have seen and the extent of romance I have seen in each one. Hope they help!

If you're looking for harem shows, Tenchi Muyo! is one of the classic harem shows...

im lookin for shows that can be harem or non harem, not so old, nice character animation art, nice romance plot.. can be a lil comedy sorta like REC or da capo as i mentioned before..... i havent found anything lately

if it's like Love Hina where you have one guy being chased/surrounded by girls and the story unfolds on their relationships then i suggest Ai Yori Aoshi. it's definately like that, except more mature especially in the romance part cause it's kinda mushy and all, but still it's great all-around with it's bits of comedy and appealing character design.

Sailor Moon is a show in which romance & comedy blend in very nicely. I recommend it.

Since you like Da Capo, maybe AIR? Something like Love Hina would be Ai Yori Aoshi. Or maybe Mahou Sensei Negima?

Onegai Sensei and Onegai Twins are romantic.
Happy World is short, only 3 OVAs but it's only kinda romantic. But it's funny and has bit romance. I liked it.

Ichigo 100 % is also a shonen romance.

Mahou sensi negima 's male character is alittle kid .. not really interested in watchin little kid with bigger girls..ichigo 100% i seen alrdy.. thanks anyways
