You see, I practically raised my neice since she was 5 months old. I took care
of her. She feels like she could be my daughter... Well when she turned 14
months old her birthfather got custody of her, and I could see her once every 2
weeks, and almost everytime it was time for me to visit her he made up excuses
for me not to see her. Well now something horrible has happened. I just found
out that he's been molesting her... I can't
handle it... She's only 4 years old...
That terrible! I can never know the dispair you are feeling. Hopefully you have
friends and family to support you because you are going to need to be strong for
your niece. My heart goes out to you.

possible you can take the custody right for her.
That kind of father doesn't have the right to raise her.
This kind of treatment that can ruins a child future.

that is sereous i would call the athorities and try and git custity back but
when you call the athoritys try to get as much evidence as you can and if you
want any more help with this situation like any questions or anything plese feel

they've taken her away to somewhere and they're searching for clues that he did
it. Now I know why she never wanted to go back home to him... Oh, I feel

don't think you are male...not that I'm meaning anything offensive. I'm sure
that your family can take her in, you took care of her for about 9 months before
and treated her well, it would be the obvious choice, I just hope your parents
are willing to take her in, she needs a good home after all.

didn't like it. But she was never there for my neice... The state called
yesterday and said that they should have the results of the test in a week or 2.
Question real quick-if your 16 now, where you 12-13 back then? I guess everyone
acts differently at different ages >.>
I hope the results come back so she can leave, I mean, it does mean she was
molested, but she can leave then! What happened to her birth mom? Why isn't she
taking care of her? Anyhow, justice needs to be served, as far as I'm concerned,

She's gotten so big. I go to court sometime this week. I hope she comes to live
