While if you have enough of it to live comfortable its good, but then money does
drive people to do stupid things, either when they dont have enough of it or
they get involved with organised crime
Although money for the most part of it, creates order and balance i guess and if
you want it, you have to earn it.
Money is an abstract human concept of value. The pieces of paper or metal you
give to others in exchange for goods or services is worth practically nothing.
The US Mint can make a sheet of hundred dollar bills for very little cost in
resources. It is the IDEA that the money is worth anything is what gives it
value.
Money is an inanimate object. You cannot call a stone evil any more than you can
call a piece of paper evil.
Money harms no one. It's the human obsession with obtaining more that kills
people.
You can argue that money provides the incentive for people harm each other but
the root cause is basically the inability of humans to control their base
bestial desires.

Actually, its "The
love of money is the root of all evil".
In other words, money isn't the problem... i's the human desire to hurt others
in order to get more.
Money isn't bad. Without it you'd starve, have no where to live and no clothes
to wear. Let alone have an internet connection or a computer.
Money isn't good or bad. Its people who are good or bad.
i totally agree , now
imagine....if the world could live as a equal place and everyone traded equally
for living, then there would be no need for money to exist. but there is a thing
called greed so thats why money was created as a tool to use, and its the way it
is used depends on if its good or bad, a hammer for example, use to hit in a
nail to fix a house, thats fine...but using it to hit someones head....that isn't

Not really. The US Mint can only make as much money according to the value of
either gold or silver. If Gold and Silver is rated high, the more money can be
produced. The less its rated, then the less money is created. So it is really
about the value of precious metals in ones' possession, not about how much paper
is wasted.
Interesting how you look at actual money and compare it's 'value' to its
contents. I can't say with any certainty that I know what ingrediants go into
coins, but what I do know is that you'll be hard pushed to find some with real
gold & silver in

there is no gold or silver used in the US coins anymore.
pennies: Zinc coin with copper coating (because that amount copper is worth more
than 1 cent)
Dimes, Nickels, Quarters: Copper coin with Nickel (i'm pretty sure, but not
100%) coating
Money is but a tool. But it is a tool that can be manipulated by materialism,
and to focus solely upon it, one loses sight of what is truly important:
friends, family, fellow humans, and one's own well being. Simply, if
materialistic happiness is a person's goal, then he or she will be pulled into
an endless cycle of desire, coveting every new item produced by an infinitely
lasting market place. To achieve such a goal, often people abandon the morals
and standards of society, exemplified by both the "robber barons" of
the late 19th century and the modern embezzlers. From the rise of organized
crime (because of profit) to current "corporate raids", which smothers
small businesses and the people in their employ, the desire for money, nay
materialistic gains, has scarred the world.
However, money can also help feed the hungry, shelter the homeless, cure the
sick, and much more. It is but a tool, and depending upon how one uses the tool
(by greed or by compassion) its purpose shifts. Innately, it knows neither good
nor evil. The key is not to perceive money as such, but rather to avoid being a
slave to the dollar.
I guess there are lots of ways to seeing it
Money is good because it applies some fairness in society but if you look at it,
money is being abused
And people will do anything for that damn fu*king money
Money is not bad nor good..
It's the people who are either good or bad.
If you want to steal/kill for money, then that's bad.
If you wanna earn it the right way, that's good.

Usually is bad... here in Mexico there's the saying that "money is the sh*t
of the devil"...
But there's this LITTLE LEGEND:
Once upon a time, a mayan king asked one of his wizards (wise men) to bring him
the most valuable and beautiful thing in the kingdom.
The wise man brougth him the thonge of a deer...
-Why do you bring me a thonge? -the king asked -Because -the wise man answered
-with the thonge the musicians and poets sing, the mothers lulaby their
children, the elder can teach, the people can express their thougths.
-Very well. Now bring me the most despiced, ugly, worst thing you can find in my
kingdom. And the wise men brougth him the same thonge.
Guess why?
The same thing happens with money. NOt good nor evil per se. You change it for
products and services. But it's rare the time when it lies in generous,
goodwilled hands. Mostly, it lies with the selfish, the ambitious, the evil,
those who crave for power...
Gohete said, when asked about his "Faust" play: "Whoever seeks to
obtain power because of power itself, already has sold his soul to the
devil"...
Same with money... that's why good people are usually poor.
Jesus said: "It's easier for a camel to pass trouth the eye of a needle,
than a richman to reach the
Kingdom of heavens"...
Money is just an object and as such is neither evil or good. Its the obsession
with it that can be considered evil. Society as a whole places far to much
emphasis on the attainment of wealth and not on living your life to the fullest.
i wouldn't think anyone really think money is a bad thing. Without money, the
whole world will go down the drain. There must be a kind of currency and cattles
and tea wouldn't cut it because then what will stop people from stealing and
killing other people's stuff? money is meaningless if you think about it but
without money, people would get really lost. i wouldn't say money is good or bad
but it is an important thing that keep people in control. lol, i Aced my
economic class. =]
money is good if its used for the better of people
money is bad if its used to destory people
it just depends on how you use the money! its just like a weapon, whenever it
falls to the wrong hands who knows what will happen next.. Thats why use your
money for the good of yourself and others
Money is a object that we must use to keep our selves alive which may sound good
but is bad at the same time because its like an addictive object that make
people greedy for more!
i dont really noe too be honest but i think it did really caused alot of bad things like stealing ect
nut i still dont noe i think its a soso

Exactly, money is merely a tool, the way you use it determines it's nature: good or evil.
