hi to all, i just wanna ask if anyone could give me a good anime title to watch
with a genre of both ecchi and comedy or if not ecchi, a romantic one would be
good.

For romance and comedy I recommend the classic Sailor Moon and Kaleido Star,
although the last one doesn't have a lot of romance in it.
For ecchi, I would say Kiddy Grade (a bit of up-the-skirt shots there, but mecha
and action mostly).
If you want ecchi I would recommend old school: Ebichu :-D. Kiddy Grade is NOT
ecchi. It has a lot of fan service in it :-/ (though you can get over it :-P).
Aiko is the same a lot of panty shots there :-)
Love Hina, Tenjou Tenge, Green Green are also good
I understand "comedy", I know plenty of them. I'd love to help chose
an anime, but I don't know what "eichi" or whatever it's called means
. Um, but you'd be okay with romance too, right? The perfect
romance/comedy anime would probably be things from Romiko Takahashi (things like
"InuYasha" or "Ranma 1/2" )!

The only one I've seen of the titles listed so far is DearS, but I can say I
enjoyed that. The real story doesn't seem to start until the third volume, but
it's all fun to watch.
Btw, the Anime News Network [http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/] has a good
dictionary (lexicon) of common anime terms, for those who keep seeing unfamiliar
words.
