Yeah, I think you're right. It looks almost exactly like both of them, but the cat ears make me think it's Moon Phase.

This looks like a KEY style girl, though I don't recognize her from either AIR or Kanon, so maybe she's one of the girls in Clannad.

after some digging, i found that numbers 18 and 53 are from the h-game 'Boy meets Girl'. I could hardly find any info on this game in english.
