I have a good set of surround sound speakers so usually i'll just crank them up
and listen to some Trance. Only downside here is that the neighbors always seem
to complain about the bass being felt over in their house o_O
I would say food, but then again, too much eating is bad for your health
Anime of course, also, playing beat-em-ups like Devil May Cry does a lot for the
tense soul
I play music...read...and write. Sometimes...I even search Youtube, or go on
Newgrounds to play a game or watch Strawberry Clock or something...there are
lots of ways.
i personally deal with the stresses of life by napping, taking a shower,
reading, drawing strange things to match my mood, and listening to classical
music in a low volume ^.^.....but i mostly just go to sleep and wake up 5 hours
after pretty much refreshed
I get online and talk to people, or take my puppy walking in the park. Sometimes
i go out to the lake and fish or watch sunrises ><,
Just anything thats not work helps me unwind.
Listen to my rock music. Or play those type video games where you can have mass
killings like. Samurai Warriors of Dynasty Warriors. To be honest thought I
typically dont have to releive my stress.
Most of us here would say its anime or stuff related to art. But try something
like motivating yourself to try harder when you encounter stress. You'll need it
to overcome problems.
I usually run or swordfight...that always makes me feel better...and then when I
start working again, I am fresh and reenergized...but i cant run too much
because i get exhausted...so just a quick five blocks to get my blood pumping
and im ready to work and work!
Recently, I took a nail, and hammered it to the wall really hard.. Dents on the
wall and crooked nails are the apartment's decoration.. I gotta stop doing that
cause in a month time, i would be moving out of my dorm... hehe...
Well, usually if my computer was kept by my parents, I'll lock myself in my room
and listen to anime songs, really loud..
If I have my computer with me, I'll go online or write fanfictions...I enjoy
reading as well...romance fluff make me smile that I forgot about stress-lol-
Oh yeah, one way that works really well is...sleep..lol
I would sleep.. eat chocolates.. xD ... listen to loud music.. play computer!
if i dun wanna do those stuffs.. than i just tell my dear fren tat im stressed
up.. than she would joke around to cheer me up xD or i would just punch my
pillow.. =="

Sports! I like basketball, tennis, swimming, running etc. If not I'll just sleep. Or reading manga!

Listen to music, sing, take a lovely warm shower, go for nice relaxing walk. Sleep's great too! Hahaha.
Sleeping, listening to music, playing games, sports.. Everything, as long as it makes me forget my stress..
Just wondering if anyone do meditation to de-stress themself.. lol
