thank you finaly someone who understands. half of everything was made then the other half was made to prove how right or wrong. evil makes good good so it is also good. hate makes love love so hate is also love. ect.
I think that the excesive pride of the people is the main issue to solve, people isn't stupid, the problem is that every person tab others and it self. And almost anyone here can tell me about the hard time you would have to spend trying to change the concept (the tab) you have of other or your self. Please don't offend, but I am going to take you, Marjan, as an example. You should not tell others that you are a philosopher, if you are, people will realice it throught your comments and the clarity of your ideas. If there is people that is not interested in what ever you are talking about, is because you haven't found the correct public, but as far as I know, a real philosopher like Confusio, Plato, etc, were famous not because they were looking for public, they were famous because they lived ruled by the principles that other people ask them about.
So I think the main idea would be that you need to set the questions for your self, to learn from your self, and if in that inner mind state someone stop to ask you something then you should open to them not to change them but to share your thoughts an let the revolution begin inside the mind of all the persons that had heard you.
Sorry if there something bad expresed, it is sometimes hard to me to express all my ideas in english. Saludos desde México
Do I like philosophy? Nope. Never did find it interesting.
yes i do. people where i live don't really do
' and just
think i'm messing around.
i debate with my dad and younger sister about random things. i think philosophy is a great way to see things in ways you never thought, due to another person's point of view ^^
just a question, what is philosophy? i dont really know what it really means, but i have a way of speaking to my friends that gets them all confused, like quotes from other people, or that i have made up.
:)
Philosophy is the pursuit of knowledge and truth. It can also be referred to as the beliefs and standards of individuals.
kool! yay, that means that i LUV philosophy!!

Anyways, I like Buddhist philosophy, and I believe "Bad" and "Good" are just labels. The way things are, depends on how you see them.
Bad and good dont exist, they are indeed labels we give them. What for one man is bad, can be very good for another. This is going to sound very strange, but for example take Adolf Hitler. His actions were not completely done out of hatred, he believed he did wat was best for his country, for his people.
If you can understand this example you can understand that good and bad is relative.
Forgive me for taking such an extreme example, but I believe sometimes it is better to show extremes.
Ditto
if i understand the meaning...yea...otherwise...they just blabbling random words to me...
I have to disagree with that, philosophy, for me that is, is based on your own knowledge and experience.
It happens a lot in this life that people let themselves be according to the lessons of others. We don't dare to disagree with other "higher" people.
Se we just deny our own experience and think what is told us to think.
Examples are everywere, from the opinion about sex till religion. We are all told to think what the church thinks, believe in a fearful God etc. Isn't it a waste to deny your own experience?
I can ramble on and on, but I think you get the picture by now.
The question is, who defines what stupid is?
If we're talking about stupidity relative to yourself, then that depends on your education, your background and the influences in your life. You are stupid by someone elses standards, so what? People are not nessecarily stupid, but rather just lacking intelligence. And that leads one to wonder what makes a person intelligent? Is it because they can write complex sentences? Is it because they can understand the infinite intricities of all of Shakespeares works? Your question is far too open ended for a focused discussion.
You and me would get along just fine if philosophy is concerned. Though I prefer the darker parts of knowledge. Like if you're the Beast to end the world, would you end it?
If God was not omnipotent or omnipresent etc. and that he may be defeated or overcome. Would you still worship him?
I like the teachengs of Aritstote and Democrtite but i dont like the philosophes like Marx and Kamp and the others....
I think it's okay to think about life and "how" and "why". But I think it's not necessary. We should just be happy, that we can live and not waste our time thinkin' about it ô.o
philosophy?
attractive, but very dry.Rare Lifes found in it. An Ambiguity of Empirical world and Sspiritual World.
do thinking, but not found true answer...
everything just fly on ground but cannot reach sky, even scarrier if philosophy doesnt step on earth...
