There is no third season announced. The only things that are confirmed are the 4
Gundam SEED Destiny compilation movies (simillar to Gundam SEED's Special
Editions) and the movie that's supposed to come out afterwards. And there's a
rumor that FMA's director is going to do a Gundam series, but no word on wether
it'll be UC, CE or another AU entirely.
i know that they are making a movie but i hope that is not the end of seed, i
see seed becoming like the uc because they could make a lot of seed side stories
based off of comic era, i hope that if the movie is good they decided to make a
third series but you never know
I hope they make something related the Astry side story. Not just the manga.
Make a series not just a short ep. At least they should make a series with those
other Seed/ Destiny characters like Gai, Lowe, and Shino into anime. It would
explain alot of thing more clearly. Manga is just hard to follow....
After the ending of Destiny, surely they have to make another one... there were
too many "Confusing" things left.
In other words, Destiny's ending, SUX...
I sure do hope that the ending of Destiny and the 3rd Seed series will make it
all happen, if you know what I mean. In some case, every fan will surely watch
it... including me..
hopefully they made it confusing so we would watch the third season... and if
they dont and leave everything the way it was at the end of Destiny..... well
then they should be burned at the stake!

story line a bit more, you find out that Lacus was assasinated, and now Kira
wants to get revenge on her murderer. Or so that's what I'v read.
yes yes yes if this is true then i will rejoice though the endings were bad i
loved both of the gundams and i hope they make a new one! then we can see all
the characters again and see how they grow but they must also try change the
ending ! last time the endings were quite similar!

Anyway, sorry to dampen the spirits of you guys, but I've ALREADY heard there is
NO such thing as Gundam SEED Eternity. Nope, They're not killing off Lacus Clyne
or anything, and Cagalli Yuna Athha will not disappear from her role in
Orb.
I've seen a lot of crap stuff added all over the Internet talking about Gundam
SEED Eternity before and after Stargazer appeared. But, I've heard no news of
Eternity coming out, ever since Wikipedia deleted a section called "Mobile
Suit Gundam SEED Eternity" from its site, stating it's a fake.
Anyway, I got good piece of news. A movie is rumoured, as far as I heard, to
come out soon to end the SEED series for good. It is uncomfirmed which
characters will come out, but the key characters of the entire series, i.e. Kira
Yamato, Athrun Zala, Shinn Asuka, Lacus and Cagalli, is said that they will
appear in the movie. Wikipedia (I do not know if the sources there are reliable)
stated it all.

end it entirely has been announced. Eternity is a false rumor. However, there is
word of a new Gundam series that is in the works by the director of Full Metal
Alchemist (interesting).

not bad for the start. we've got conflict here. but it's a shame lacus has to die she my fave female char in seed.

It'd be awesome if they made a third seasion, but seriously, they could have cut it down to one and a half if they got rid of all the flashbacks.
