I would personally like to see Anne Freaks turned into and anime.
Guilty Gear would make a killer show as well.
Also, I liked the story to the Real Bout High School Manga better than the show, so I hope they make another series with the manga's story.

I think that animes based on mangas should follow the same story unlike most of the cases, that are shorter and with fillers.

I'd like to see an anime version of Hana Kimi.

Kamui would be nice. Hana Kimi already has a Taiwanese drama version, but an anime would be cool for it too.

I'd say Mahou Sensei Negima (OK, so maybe it IS an anime, but it doesn't count because the anime was like some weird alternate universe thing and didn't follow the proper storyline at all) or any of the Tales games. Yeah, so maybe some of them have (or are going to) a few OVAs, but those OVAs aren't long enough.

I don't know if they have but I'd also like to see Y's turned into a series. That and FF6.

I'd love to see Love Monster turned into an anime. Shoujo manga, but it's nice, and very ecchi in some parts I'd definitely watch it 4-5 times!
