well when i was small i was collecting stamps
now i collecting Anime DVDs , Manga, Anime Figures and Anime stuffed chars
especially everything who have to do with Nekos LoL

I am collecting many things...Anime picture (everybody here do,ne?hehe),stamps,and manga...

But I'm obsessed in collecting anime figurin now...

I collect magic the gathering trading card and i still collect them ^^

I'm collecting mangas, dvd's with asian cinema (belive it or not but I like to have originals :P), postcards... There was even a time when I was collecting post stamps, but fortunatelly I'm over it ^^
Lately I've been exchanging letters with people from all around the world, so it's a nice way to exchange postcards or something else :P

hehe^^.... my brother and i have collected pokemon and yu-gi.oh cards^^ funny but... well... you know what happens when you don't use them about a yera or two.. they are getting ooold and dusty^^ hehe. but, yet we like them ^^

Let's see:

-Stamps/Coins: I used to collect stamps to a minor degree, though I don't anymore. To a certain extent I collect coins, but I don't buy them from mints or anything, just whatever circulated ones I come across. I have coins from 50 or more different countries though (a few I still have yet to identify).

-Baseball cards: I started collecting around 1990-1991, but I lost interest after a few years and gave them all to a baseball nut friend of mine.

-Comic books: I started collecting around the same time. Mostly Image titles and things I thought would be worth money later on. I have several hundred comics, but I don't really collect actively anymore, as I've lost interest in most titles (due to changes in creative staff). I'd like to sell off most of it now.

-Comic cards: Along with comics, I would collect a lot of comic book related card sets. I would buy them buy the box, not the pack, that way I could maximize how many of the rare cards I got. Whatever I was missing I bought at comic/cards shows (which I no longer attend). I would also like to sell these off.

-Posters: Back when I actually had wall space, I would collect a ton of comic book posters. Now they're all boxed up.

-Toys: I started collecting comic book related toys; I would actually mail-order every Spawn toy available. I stopped doing that after series 6, but would still collect limited editions and variants. Now though, I'd like to sell them off. Once I really got into anime/games, I started collecting figures for those (including imports) instead of comic books (not selling these though).

-Magic the Gathering: I guess it was around 1996 when I started collecting these. I didn't really have anyone to play with/against though, so I didn't do it for too long (now I'd like to sell them off; I pretty much started with Ice Age).

-Dragon statues: I've always liked dragons, so I buy lots of dragon merchandise; from little toys to expensive statues (from Franklin Mint).

-Games: It started with the Sega Genesis for me. I buy a lot of games, and I now own most consoles (Genesis/Sega CD, Saturn, DC, PSX, PS2, PS3, XB, XB360, GC, Wii, GBA). While I do still buy games all the time, I don't have as much time to play them right now.

-Anime: I started mid 90's with VHS, then went to DVD. It's now my most active and most expensive collecting hobby. I also collect related items like import toys, posters, shitajiki, etc.

-Manga: Naturally, along with anime, I collect manga.

-Music: I collect anime/game and Foreign artst albums. I can't afford to buy them all, so I download them all.

Well, I don't know about the rest of you, but I collect Dungeons and Drangons materials (modules, supplements, funny stories, ect...). If your looking for a hobby, please try it out. Best thing that ever happened to me!

I collect just about anything to do with anime. I have well over 100 dvds, several posters, art books and figurines. I've recently been collecting manga aswell. Partying too much just lately so i haven't been able to afford much lately.

i used to collect stamps and currencies..... then in between i started collecting pokemon trading cards ..... and then started a collection of varieties of beads and bracelets.....glad i gave up on all that
now i'm collecting anime scans from the internet to make some walls

I once thought of collecting every Magic: The Gathering cards but my money just can't afford the price so I quit. Instead I'm collecting anime DVD's, yey!

I also like to collect books, all kinds of books. I have a book fetish. I want to own my own library or a book store.

I am currently collecting bottle caps I find in various places. I have no clue what I'm gonna DO with them though ^o^;; But it's fun

I used to collect calendar that I've collected throughout the years. I stopped after three years. xD

When Yugioh cards first came out, I collected them, but then I stopped that too. xD

I used to collect coins, but now I have a collection of perfume bottles.

When I was a kid I used to collect ballpens, for what reason, i dunno. I just liked having lots of em i guess. talk about hoarding!

Also used to collect comic books, magic the gathering ccg, but stopped.

Now i collect Gundam Model Kits (which I think are a blast to build), anime, tv series, and movies.

Manga series, that's for sure.
I also collect 1:100 gundam model ,films (not anime), music files and anime pics on my laptop.
I have a coin collection, but Im not into it right now.

I collect porcelain dolls, but its hard to get a hold of ones in good condition - the only ones I want so I only have four, worth a few hundred dollars.
