Yes that is a tough question.......There are too many to choose from. But I think I will go with for now Dilandau from Escaflowne, he is freaking insane, and a kind of pussy, and then also a girl changed into a guy which is wrong. Maybe I change my mind . Yup mind changed, sorry can't think of a favorite.

Azalie from Orphen. She's only a sort-of villain to the last couple of episodes though... oh well, to me she still gives off that 'get near me and die' kind of vibe, so I think she still counts as a good villainess.

I agree with PANDAgirl. Sesshoumaru and Sephiroth kick serious arse. Though I think it has less to do with their hair and more to do with the size of swords they wield.

Orochimaru from Naruto. Now that you mention it, he does look disturbingly like Micheal Jackson... Yet so does Jango the pirate from One Piece. Other favorite villains of mine are Skurai from Ragnarok and Soujiro (?) from Rurouni Kenshin.
