it dosen't matter so much

Well, i kinda prefer short series , max 40 eps. But right know i'm watching at (least I'm trying) Bleach, I'm kind anxious about the end.
is kinda hard to keep up with the story with the long series, but I'm kinda contradicting my self here cuz I was a big Sailor Moon fan(I stil am!... I think^^")

The shortest series i've watched was bout 12 eps.

It depends on the anime, of course, because i can see 13 episodes and like them really much and see a 100 episodes and get bored to death (like inuyasha for me). But i mostly prefer the 24 episodes, which i believe is all a story needs to make a climax and complete. But i don't say no to some long anime, like monster, or full metal alchemist.

I prefer short anime series. About 20 eps I think its enough. Less than that just to short. Too long episodes that means the anime(usually) have boring stories.

Depends on the anime rlly, I have seen animes of 3 episodes.. to animes that have 50 or 60... For example... Hanbun no Tsuki, has 6 eps. but I think it's one of the best animes. and Death Note has 37 eps, But I think it needed that number of eps. So Short and Long series can both be good.

But.. I have to make a Decision,
I made up my mind:D I prefer short series. When you start watching a serie that has 6 eps max.. you are looking for several things, but the important thing is, with so few eps. will they use the limited time Good or Bad, I think it's fun watching anywayz

Short. Most long animes, become very complicated or are boring at te start/end.

It depends on the story. If it is interesting, it would be nice if it is long. But in the other hand, I like anime with an ending. I always wanted to watch the end of the anime series.

Well it will cost more to buy the whole collection if the story is too long.

I prefer longer series from around 50 episodes. But I also like Bleach, although it's getting rather long.

Depends on how good it is or what the story is about. Sometimes I feel that certain manga/anime drags on too long, and there are others that are not long enough. Ones with different story for every episode like Black Jack or something is alright being lengthy, but those ones with an actual storyline shouldn't make it too long because it becomes really boring and not as exciting after a while.

it's hard to say...but just like the other say's it depends on the anime.
if the story good n the character is pretty...I would prefer the anime is having long episodes.

I like long anime's. Keeps the storey going.. but fillers are horrible.
For instance, there's the Bount fillers for Bleach which lasted for like 40 episodes I think. D=

So and so anime series. If it's too long [ over 100 episodes let's say ] then it can get repetitive and boring..so i prefer "medium-sized" or short series.

Hm... generally I like the shorter ones... I guess it's difficult to mainain good quality if the series drags on to long...
Most of the animes I've watched are ~13EPs long, but yeah, they can be rushed at times... ~26EPs are pretty optimal. But still, many of my favorite series are 13 Eps long... All in all the length is of no real importance to me.
I think Juuni Kokki and FMA are the longest animes I've watched so far...

I say 65 chapters are enought

i like short ones since they just dont have that feeling that you've seen that scene over and over again. but only bad part of good short animes is that after there over you just want to see more

i like short animes even just those that are like only 12 episodes long cuz i can just finish them quickly. but animes that are at least 20 episodes are better because after watching naruto and bleach, those are too long and sometimes you're just waiting for something to happen but takes like 4 episodes to cover one thing so that kinda pisses me off.

short, since it pleases me that histories go to the grain and they do not walk with so many roundups

I really prefer short anime because I can't stand watching long anime and waiting for it to get to the end, unless, that anime is good.

Not too long, but not too short. I think under 30 episodes is OK. Watching the anime series 100, 200 or more epi. may make viewers frustrated. When I was watching Naruto from epi.140 - 200 I feel like they just want to lengthen the anime and the content is boring.

Depends on the genre, plot, and characters.

But for the most part I enjoy a medium/average length series (roughly 26 episodes), but my favorite is roughly 50 episodes. Give or take 10. And every short series I've seen that I can recall I love, like FLCL which is only (6). Grenadier (12), Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu (12), Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid (13), Gravon Zwei (12), Elfen Lied (12), This Ugly Yet Beautiful World (12), Gundam Seed Stargazer (3), etc...

And some longer series suffer from filler episodes, which is infamous for ruining good series/stories. But yeah I prefer 50, or anything less than a 100. Though I'am a big fan of Bleach, Naruto, and One Piece.

I used to like long series in the beggining, like Inuyasha, but after a while a have a feeling that they keep dragging and become rather boring and repetitive. Now I prefer shorter series (12 or 24 episodes) or even OVAs or movies, although sometimes I have a feeling that there aren't enough explanations..

If the anime is nice I don't mind if it takes too long but if it is kinda boring I would hate if it takes too long
