Ok Ive been working on this wallpaper for about 3 days now. The basic concept of it is as if your looking though the eyes of a cyborg at Joe who has just killed his comrad. The wallpaper is still a major work in progress, there still alot I want to add or change. Im just simply looking for oppinions, comments, critiques (be nice please), and ideas. If you have an idea and know a tutorial to help me with that idea.. please tell me, Im still learning Photoshop. Thank you.

Looks good so far and I like the idea but there's a few things:

The background (clouds) needs to be smoothed out, 'cause the smart blur looks too sharp.
The extraction around Jo's scarf thing needs work.
The parts of the buildings, while a good idea, seem too rough against the painty look of the scan.
Also, if you're looking through the eyes of a borg, I would put a very very light (like, lower the opacity as well) "window" type thing on the wall.

Joe looks very good! I like the skin, and the pose. Just work with the background.
