Well this is the first ever wallpaper that i have created i am extremely sad that it actually got quarantined....nvm that does not matter, can anyone be kind enough to actually give some positive advices so that i can improve on the next wallpaper that i will be making..so that it does not get quarantined and rejected because of skills next time.

You should always use images of high quality in your wallpapers.. and you shouldn't rezise them, because then they look so blurred like the one in this wallpaper..

what they said, other than that, try not to blend the character in the background, it seems weird, as your looking at it, it just dissolves into the background. which is like, he became the surrounding. and seems like you used eraser to erase the scan's background. try not to do so, best to extract it properly~ ^-^ other than that well, try to put in more effort in the wall~ ^-^
