Almost has a little Yu Watase flavor, but I doubt that's her work... Sorry I can't help .

Yeah - it really looks like the style of Takanaga Hinako... The faces, the coloring, the pastel feeling... Unfortunately I've never seen those two characters before...

I second the comments above. It really looks like Takanaga-sensei's style, but I don't recognise the characters. Maybe they're from a novel...
