First of all, there are only 2 people who get longer hair in the series, and
it's not even done that many times. Second of all, they stopped using the
monkeys right after the saiyan saga, and all the monkey use in DBGT is void
because it's not canon. Just because you don't like it, you don't have to spout

Why in the world are you putting down a good anime and calling it 'stupid?' As

Naruto and DBZ are both excellent anime, shining in their own spotlight. Calling
one 'stupid' is only your opinion and not a fact. Please remember that before
you go and run your mouth, offending someone.
It seems a bit like comparing apples and pears - just becaus both anime have
fighting as a basic storyline doesn't mean they're necessarily that similar. In
any case, I'd say that Naruto has a better art style, while DBZ has... erm,
originality? At least at the time it came out? In my opinion both anime are
pretty bad anyway and it's just a case of picking which one is least bad, rather
than most good. And I'd pick Naruto, because it doesn't drag on quite as badly
as DBZ, and can at least make me laugh (in amusement, that is; to be fair, DBZ
can also make me laugh because it's so bad sometimes).
Naruto is better, because it's new, the characters are more realistic and
beautifully drawn even the plot is more entertaining! DBZ is older, so it lacks
a few things that Naruto has and it makes it better. But DBZ counts between the
first anime that I saw, so I used to l.o.v.e it! I still think it's great, but
there are others better, even waaayyyy better than Naruto!

i don't really know which one to choose at first...This is because the truth is
Dragonball influence Naruto.This is what i know.So if there is no Dragonball
therefore there wouldn't be any Naruto..
For me,Naruto is more like the modern Dragonball.I watched both of these
outstanding and not mention long episodes anime.
Finally,after hard hitting thoughts i got to vote for Naruto cause of the much
better storyline and it's more detailed about the ninja skills.But Dragonball is
still need to be respect..
i'd say naruto because naruto has more feeling and realism to it,as for in
dragonball someone would die and then they would get some dragonballs wish them
back and everything would be fine,i know thats not completely true but you know

I dont know. I started on Dragon Ball anime, and that was my first touch into
anime/manga so its got its special spot for that, and cause its Hilarious!, and
doesnt follow along the lines of the general kitch shonen manga. but... i really
like Naruto, mostly the early ones before Sasuke left. it seems to take itself
too seriously now i guess. its not as fun as it used to be. and dragonball is
hard to pick up again after i put it down for a while, its not a really easy
read.
i dunno, maybe ill get back to you on that if i decide..

thought they were cool.. but as i grow older, i stumbled to watch DBZ again and

realized that the fighting scenes there are all repeated animations! anyway,
Naruto beats Dragonball Z in terms of story, and techiniques.
In a vacuum setting Naruto is better in almost every way. This is because it is
newer, made with better technology, budget, ect... However, DBZ was a completely
original concept which not only changed anime/manga in Japan but is mostly
responsible for anime being popular in the US. 10 years from now, nobody will
care about Naruto, but 100 years from now DBZ will still have a place in
history.

Shippuuden doesn't seem to be as exciting as the normal Naruto anime, but that's
