After that time, no more entries will be accepted.

RULES

+ you can submit a limit of 2 banners for the contest. no more than that.

+ the limited width of the banner is 750 pixels. the limited height is 755 pixels. It can't be any bigger than that. each banner will go under inspection. If it crosses the boundaries than it's disqualified.

+ the banner has to represent what the club stands for. it can either have a couple (boy and girl) or it can have rain clouds, lightning/thunder, or rain itself.

+ the banner has to have the name of the club on it. or at least something relating to the name. if you want hints. look at some of the banners on the club's userpage.

+ if using a couple, there has to be some standards. "hentai" / "porn" is NOT allowed. ecchi is the limit. no hentai. and even if it is ecchi, if the picture being used is vulgar or involves clear sexual acts, it will be disqualified. we have too many young ones in this club to allow that. again, I repeat. "Ecchi" meaning "sexy" pictures are allowed. "Hentai" meaning the actual "sex" is NOT allowed. even if censored. and of course, most importantly, it has to be a boy and a girl or man and a woman.

+ if you want to participate in the competition, you MUST post your submission HERE! not in the guestbook. reply to THIS thread and put your submission here. i say this because there are times when the guestbook gets popular. and people begin posting and posting and by the time i come back, i can't even bring myself to read every single thing someone says! so if you want to compete, please put it here. and don't try giving it by pm either! unless it's for important reasons such as needing help or being away for a long time.

CATEGORIES

In the contest, there are 4 categories in which you can win a prize. Each prize for each category is different. And will be kept secret until judgement day or when we're no longer accepting submissions.

Here are the categories ranging from greatest to least, each with a set of rules.

+ Best banner
the ultimate winner. the best banner overall wins in this category.

+ Best Special Effects
the greatest or most spectacular looking effects used on the banner. from rain to raibows or sparkly dusts or fractals, you name it. best banner in using special effects or graphics wins.

+ Best Effort
not for the greatest "looking" banner, but for the greatest effort put INTO "making" the banner. this is for those who may or may not have the highest skill or the best software, but still participated and did their best to make the banner look as great as possible. it will also be judged on how it represents what the club stands for.

+ Best Picture Used
the best couple pic used. if the banner doesn't have a couple in it, it'll be entered in the other categories, but not this one. now, try to understand, this isn't about using a "popular" couple, it's about the overall picture being used and its rarity.. finding good pics is not easy. so it will be judged on how common or how "easy to get" that picture is, but most importantly, which is the best looking and most lovable.

To enter, put the following..

software used: (Adobe Photoshop, Paintshop Pro, etc.)

software version: (if adobe, paintshop, etc. then what version? 4.0? 7.0? CS?)

your submission: (the banners you'll be submitting to the contest. WARNING: once deadline is due, you will not be able to exchange banners.)

picture used: (a link to the picture used. if it's a scan from MT, just a link will do, it won't have to be the actual pic itself.)

special graphics used: (make a list. what special effects did u use? fractals? just brushes? something?)

OMG! arghhhhhhhhh no0oooooooooo! some check my banners! are they too big! i know today's the deadline but please fix them! someone! anyone! (a ,ot is cut out on this comp...and i thinkthis one's messed up...so im not sure if they're ok).

so if the banners are too big pelase tell me so i cna make them smaller (this comp is messed up)! please don't disqualify me!

don't worry! i will help I don't believe they're over the limit at all. it should be fine, but I will check just in case. and since it's not voting time, you won't get disqualified! ^^
