I will need to go over all the entries!
I will fix a page for all to view the entries and the contestant's info!
I will say what categories they'll each be entered in!

Then we'll have an open-house vote!

Meaning for a set time, I will allow all (not just Rfluv members) to send me their votes!

The people who voted and who they voted for will not be revealed to anyone.

The votes will go like this, they'll simply send me a pm of who they want to vote for and in which categories.

Each person can only vote for one person in each of the 4 categories! Meaning for Best effects, I choose one person and in Best Effort, I choose another person. However you can't vote for more than one person in the same category.
