well im a fan of romance animes i dont kno y and dont bother askin y?but i've seen A LOT of romance animes from ayashi no ceres to Suzuka and many more way too many for me to list out well i could but it would prob scare u...lol welll if u have any suggestions dont hesitate to ask

The only romance anime that I recommend it Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora

There is a new still ongoin serias named RomeoxJuliet, its quite well done in my opinion, as well as Sola. but that isnt romance only.
As for "older" ones.
Onegai twins, Kanon, Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora, Kasimasi - Girl meets girl, Kimi ga nozu eien and Wind - A Breath Of Heart. Though they are all kidna famous so you migh have seen them already.

Zero no Tsukaima is an anime I have been seeing recently, is a romantic comedy and is really good.

Hm, Fruits Basket is among one of my favorites. Love Hina is decent if you like the harem setup also Negima. Really dont of many others. Sorry if that did not help you any.

Since you have seen lots of romance as you said, I don't know which ones you have seen in order not to recommend you anime you've already seen. Anyway, one of the latest romance I'm currently watching and I highly recommend you is Bokura Ga Ita.

Maison Ikkoku receives the highest recommendation I can give it. If you're looking for a great romance, complete with humor, sadness, tension and the realities of falling in love, then you can't lose for trying with this one. It's Rumiko Takahashi's best series IMHO, and my favorite anime series alongside Ah! My Goddess -- which is a great romance series in its own right!

Check out Studio Ghibli's Whisper of the Heart if you ever get a chance, to boot!
