Hi to all i hope u have a nice day in this topic i want to talk something about
a movie, i saw advent children and later i saw the spirit within and i wonder y
the spirit within was a bad movie? the efect were great, but the story was a
little bad, was a fake meaby for the story, for this movie squaresoft loose
money and nearly desepear what do u change of the movie of final fantasy to be a
hit? or what was his error making the spirit within?
The Spirits Within was OK but it would be much better if you could just watch
and listen to the score with no dialog
Advent Children was better but both of them could have been alot better.

I think The Spirits Within just lacked action and the characters were kinda
'normal', u know, not the typical Final Fantasy cool-looking ppl. The story just
wasn't interesting enough, and it lacked color, everything was grey
The creators should've made more interesting characters and put some more flashy
action in it, I think that would've done the trick
But I must say the music was nice, really FF-like And
the movie wasn't that bad, it's just that Advent Children was much better.
i'd have to agree with what kikyo1986 said. when the basic final fantasy fan
heard about "the spirt within" they all thought back to all the games.
full of color, monsters, and alot of fighting. when it came out it was nothing
like the games. and that could have been the main reason why "the spirit
within" was saw as so bad. and "advent children" was seen as much
better. it didn't help, however, that "advent children" was made off
of one of the most popular final fantasy games made. but once you look past all
of this both movies could have been better.
Honestly I have seen both of them and thought Spirits Within was okay. But as
mentioned before it lacked character, and plot to make it a great movie. I loved
the effort put into by getting the actors/actresses to come in and voice it but
they should've concentrated on making the story itself a little more
interesting.

Both of them were ok, i like Advent Children better, but just wondering how
Cloud's stamina can last for 4 fights in a row. I have no complains about Spirit
Within except that it lacks a bit of action

It's just that ppl were hoping for a RPG like movie but instead it was some phlisophical movie. Probably that's why.
